Agent Zara talked me through everything. Spent time setting up my phone from start right up until it was the same as my old phone, i never had to do a thing which was so so helpful for me. The girl my wife and I met Zara was absolutely outstanding! Pleasant and very very helpful. She done in 10 minutes that a call centre would take an hour? We highly recommend when calling to Vodafone Bloomfield ask for Zara!

Failures and lack of Customer Care
One week ago I visited the Bloomfield shopping Centre Bangor and was greeted by Adam and conducted a deal to replace my wifes phone - we agreed a deal - Adam was great. We returned yesterday to have info transferred from old to new and pleasant dealing with Abraham - we were requested to return an hour later - this time we were dealt with by another male (no name obvious) and given our new phone . When we got home we discovered we had no telephone or text service - we returned to the Store somewhat irate ( round trip of 50 miles) to be dealt with by a young female (again no name clearly displayed) who offered no apologies but put the matter down as "we can all make a mistake" - it transpired the Sim had not been transferred --when I asked had it not been checked she adopted a very arrogant attitude - obviously lacking in Customer Care. At this stage Abraham came to the rescue. I Left the store but had to return again(anther 10 mile round trip) as my contacts were not accessible - once again Abraham came to the rescue tendering his apologies. Overall a disappointing and costly transaction considering fuel and time taken and in particular the attitude of certain Staff (Adam and Abraham were great)
