Chris needs a bonus
The experience at the start was hugely frustrating due to Vodafone's verification procedures and the lack of customer support we received via the customer support telephone service but I went to the Vodafone store in Forestside shopping centre this evening and Chris was more than helpful. Really appreciated his help resolving an issue that previous Vodafone employees could not resolve.
