Went to this branch again rather than our local branch as the last visit, they were so helpful with a phone problem, once again it was Caroline who was so very helpful and really made you feel welcome. Well done Chelmsford store and especially Caroline

Aaron in the Chelmsford branch managed…
Aaron in the Chelmsford branch managed to sort out my mobile phone within minutes. I had previously spent 3 hours on the phone to vodaphone who could not resolve the issue.
Not only was he able to fix my issues he was very helpful and responsive in doing so.

Worst service ever I got as a broadband…
Worst service ever I got as a broadband customer. Now I am stuck with 2 yr contract. Network speed is not good. Keeps lagging. Vodafone + xbox I have the worst nightmare. After 1 session of play I have to replug the network cable. Why? I had sky and EE before and had not a single issue.
