Not great communication: Llanelli store
Not great communication. After a 45 minute wait, I was told that I had to ring Vodafone as the shop staff couldn’t help me with my Vodafone query. They told me to read the terms and conditions from when I made the purchase (5 years earlier)! I have been with Vodafone for 25 years, expected better help.
