Bad bad experience terrible
Hi
I’ve been trying to contact Vodafone many times because I want to close my contract. They closed my number and still ask for money and I did speak with them about closing my contract, I haven’t bought any device. I told them that I move in another country, many many times and it doesn’t seem like they can grasp on that. They still send me bills at previous address and I don’t get them on time. Please CONTACT ME ON EMAIL as I don’t live there anymore.
Plus they send me bills to pay with Ardent which I payed but they stilll don’t let me go and still send me letters to previous addresses and I don’t get them on time. I just want to finish with this please, stop asking for money as I don’t use your service anymore, you cut me from it as I repeatedly said that I moved country and I tried to move the contract to Romania but you didn’t so has is this my fault…

The thing is that Vodafone is not a good provider.the truth about it is when thing go wrong they blame the consumer.i have a freind who has the Vodafone internet and it was not working and they said it was his television he went a bought a£800 TV and they still stated it the TV again.so a few friends tryed to connect to his WiFi and it stiil never connected and the Vodafone WiFi box didnt connect they don't want to help their customers and still take the money from people and doing nothing to help it's paying customers

❌ please don’t sign up for Vodaphone. They damaged my credit score and almost ruined my life. I stopped using the sim in august 2021. They charged me £30 a month by force and forcibly took the money from my account. I asked them to stop since I left the network and they damaged my credit score right before I left and continued to charge me until Jan 2022. I had a perfect credit score before I joined vodaphone and now I can’t even apply for a credit card.
