Excellent service in store.
Went into Vodafone store in Richmond Centre to sort out problem with cancelling account. Call centre couldn’t sort it - business account and told me to go to store .
Michael in the store went above and beyond to help us as was not straightforward. We were with him for 90 minutes and without his help would never have got it sorted. So thank you Michael and also Johnny. This was something the call centre should have been able to sort- thank goodness for someone sensible in store .
