I would recommend this company my carpet came quickly right colour right size i have difficulty in getting the size i wanted, but this company had it. The size wasnt in stock for ages but they emailed me when they had it so i ordered

Good web site excellent range of product.Placing order easy.
Delivery cost maybe a little high.
Would have liked to have better tracking on delivery.

Good quality rug and a good price too

I have shopped with Vogue Rugs a few times now, and they have a great selection of rugs at good prices. They also deliver quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the product that I bought and may even place a second order, however I was advised of a delivery date by the courier and took a day of work for this. At 3.00pm I contacted the courier to be told that Vogue Rugs had not sent them the product so there would be no delivery. I rang 'customer services' for the next two hours only to get an answer-phone each time. I left messages but no-one called me back, I tried emailing but received no response. This is very poor customer service which is a shame when the product was so good.

This carpet is extremely good quality easy to install and does not slip under foot.
Value for money, and keeps clean and easy to sweep.

Rugs you can afford to buy - the colours shown are the colours you receive and the
delivery is quick. They are well packaged and clean on arrival.

From asking, to ordering, to delivery Vogue Rugs are superb. My rug is so beautiful.

Excellent service. Arrived 3 days after order, Rug was packaged very well indeed. Delighted with Shag Pile rug in Green. It fits beautiful in my little summer house in the garden, & matches the grass outside. Feels cosy to feet when there is a breeze outside. Many thanks would certainly recommend Voguerugs.

Delighted with the personal service and attention. Peter even went as far as taking some photos of the rug for me so I could get the exact colour. Looked perfect and on arrival 3 days later it was just that, perfect. Price was amazing too. Would definately recommend this site. Thank you very much.

Was a bit dubious about ordering a rug on line - the price was so reasonable I really did not think the rug would be much good. However, delighted with the rug, really good value for money, and the service and delivery were excellent.

First bonus point was earned when Vogue actually had a rug that three other companies had said they had, but which then proved to be out of stock. Dispatch and delivery was extremely quick, although the delivery company didn't turn up when expected (some confusion between them and Vogue?). Pete was there on the end of the phone and extremely helpful in sorting it out. Very happy with the rug so thank you.

Bought a triple black sheepskin rug and could not be any happier, was a bit worried not being able to see what i was buying took a chance and i am more than delighted, its thick, soft, and a really good size, all my family are impressed, waiting for a natural color one to be re stocked, very very happy with vogue rugs and will go to this site for any future rug,s Kath

A very nice rug reasonably priced. The only downside it looked to be a true bright white in the picture but in fact is off white which was a bit disappointing. The delivery was very good from this company

The rug was of very good quality but it was way too small for what I needed it for. I really do not understand measurement, which did not help.
The rug is a bit pricy for the size but really lovely and cosy.

A well designed web-site is rarely found anywhere and it makes all the difference from making a sale or not. This one was clear and without the complexities as so often found from sites thrown together by some young idiot who only thinks in terms of IT and not the real world. Wwell done!

Product is of good quality and from a wide assortment. The personnel who took my order were polite and not false in any way; no silly questions asked like, "How did you find us", and all that Americanised rubbish.

The delivery timescale notification was most helpful, giving notice via text.

On the whole, 10/10 on service AND product.

The choice of rugs on offer is phenomenal - all kinds of shapes, sizes, colours and styles - and all at very affordable prices, including delivery costs. If needed, the customer service team is first rate, dealing with any enquiry promptly and courteously. They organise delivery information to be sent to your phone by SMS - with options to change delivery date/time or direct to a neighbour. On the day of delivery, another SMS is sent an hour before projected delivery time - and it arrives almost to the minute! You couldn't ask for anything better!
Overall, Vogue Rugs is a first class company with excellent customer relations.
