ordered the rug and was here in a couple days,unfortunatly the colour was all wrong for us,not their fault but looked darker in the pics,was picked up next day and sent back so just waiting on the refund

We bought 3 rugs to renew the ones we had bought a few years ago and wanted the same type (washable). The original ones where very expensive. We founnd the same ones on Voguerugs, the right colours, textiles, prices great too, and also fast delivery.

I was very impressed with the quick service from Vogue rugs. I ordered a rug which they informed me was unfortunately damaged so they contacted me to inform me of this and ask if I wanted to order a different one or have a refund. I requested a refund which was dealt with speeedily. I subsequently ordered the same rug in another size. This was delivered quickly and I am very pleased with it. The colour and quality of the rug is just as shown on the website. A very happy customer!

I was looking for a Teal Blue soft like cat fur feel rug. However, the rug I ordered was not exactly what it looked like online. Colour was darker than it appeared on the website, pictures were not detailed enough in regards to the type of material it was made of & when the rug arrived was nothing like it looked online & the description information was very brief.
When I returned the item, again there was hardly any information as to how, how much it would cost to return & where to?! It cost £25 to return a rug that was £70.00 plus £10.00 postage when originally ordered, because they don't advise they are based in Ireland! So that is £35.00 on postage & still no rug!! Very disappointed! They should advise a rough idea of cost to return & I would have thought twice about ordering in the first place. Other companies have more information on their products & returns & better pictures!
This needs to improve!
