Friendly efficient service. We got the vehicle we ordered - unlike others in the car rental space - and it served us well. Altogether a much better experience than dealing with the mainstream car renters only tempered by the limited opening hours for collection and return.

Great service and excellent value for money. Really pleasing to get the exact car we booked that was less than 1 year old. Customer service when collecting and returning was first rate.

Waseem was a legend from the day we booked the car back in Australia. He was customer service skills were great and he made us feel welcome on pick up of the car. If you are looking at a car for your holiday, give Waseem a shout.

Waseem made my customer experience enjoyable and productive. The reason I chose City Gate, Slough, was a result of my initial conversation with Waseem, who was able to give me specific information re VWFS pricing structure and how to go about booking my vehicle. Also, when I arrived at City Gate, Slough, I was able to obtain an upgrade, which actually made my driving experience better than it would have been in a smaller car. I will certainly rent again from VWFS when I am in London and tell others about your superior customer service.

From start to finish the hospitality from the online system to receiving the car had been excellent.

Having had multiple bad experiences renting cars at Heathrow airport over the years. City Gate Skoda in Slough, is a cut above the rest! Just a 15 min cab ride down the M4 is easy, rental process was seamless and as is their moto of no hidden fees. Excellent staff and new vehicle fleet backed by VW was a super refreshing experience. Well done City Gate Skoda!!
