Great experience!

We had a fantastic experience renting a camper van from VWFS West London. The camper van was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasure to drive.

A special thank you to Dave, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He gave us a thorough walkthrough of the van, explaining all the features clearly and making sure we were confident before setting off. He took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great camper van—we would highly recommend VWFS West London and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience renting a camper van for our recent family camping trip to the Lake District. From the moment we picked up the van, the team at VWFS West London was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

The staff gave us a thorough demonstration of the vehicle and explained all of the camper van’s facilities clearly, which made us feel confident and well-prepared before setting off. Their patience and attention to detail really enhanced our experience.

We were a family of four, including a one-year-old and a four-year-old, and the camper van was comfortable and well-equipped for all of us. The children thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, and it made for a memorable family holiday.

As always, I’ve rented a few times now rent a car at Skoda, and even booked in another car for August, the team are great, exceptional service as always to the team and David especially, making the process so seamless. Highly recommend booking in with them and giving them a visit at the branch in west London.

We rented 3 camper vans and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The vans were in spotless condition and the team at Citygate made sure the pickup and dropoffs were smooth despite us being a large group.

Everything was so easy and straightforward compared to the mainstream car rental companies.
The car was clean and in great condition.

Rented a VW Passat Estate, brand new and good price too. Dave is exceptional at customer service, he so friendly and makes sure of the detail, so that it's all ready for when you arrive for pick-up no fuss.

I have used VWFS several times. They are really fast, very efficient, incredibly friendly with excellent service. After many years using Europcar and being constantly frustrated by lack of customer focus, pressure to upgrade/upsell it is very refreshing and I will never go back!

After looking around at options for a 2-week camper van trip across Europe, I spoke briefly with Dave to learn more about their California offering, and subsequently booked. Dave was brilliant to deal with throughout, from organising and handing over the vehicle, being really clear about what was covered (which was everything we needed for the trip), whilst also being really accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times to fit within a busy schedule. The van was as described, and perfect for the occasion. I'd happily recommend Dave and the team, excellent service and extremely simple too!

Another great hire experience. Spoke/emailed with Dave at West London branch who answered questions on hiring the Multivan for our Lakes vacation. Always polite and knowledgeable. Booked online. Great website easy navigation. Added two drivers from the USA on the day of hire no problem. In fact one commented as we got underway: "that was the most enjoyable rental process I've ever been involved in!" Multivan was very impressive and served us well with luggage and then personnel when we got to our destination excursions. The hybrid EV capability really helped on those hilly Lake District roads. Charged very quickly overnight ready for the next adventure. The tracked seat system also helped when one of our party broke her ankle hiking - Turning a portion of the configuration to "conference" style so that we could elevate her leg. Dave was there to sign off at the end with his cheery personality. Can't thank him enough for a great hire. This is the second time I've hired through VWFS - from Slough and now West London - and I certainly recommend them. Good prices for a lot of car/van and customer service. Thanks Dave (and Michael). This was my first experience … I loved the drive. I did find the set up strange at first.
But once I found internet … I got to google a few things I then fell in love.
