excellent service, great car

I have used this VW dealership to rent a vehicle on 7 different occasions and the service has been excellent every time. I cannot rate them highly enough.

This is the second time we have used VWFS Rent-a-Car. This time we picked our car up from West London and again the service was excellent. There was no problem picking up the car and Michael our dealer was friendly and super helpful. Returning the car was painless and quick. A great company and we will be hiring from here again.

The best Car Rental experience I’ve ever had. Handsdown the best end to end customer service. The vehicle was perfect and the whole process was super easy. Mikey was super helpful and made the whole experience a joy compared to other companies i’ve used. We rented a T7 Cali for the weekend and it was a breeze, especially the price point which was way more competitive than dedicated Van renters. Will definitely be using again.

We hired an Ocean California for 6 days and really enjoyed it. It's a great campervan full of handy functions. Mike at CityGate Brentford did a fantastic job taking me through everything and was easily accessible on the phone (twice!) when I found i had forgotten a couple of things. All round first rate experience.

Really simple to rent a car. Clyde was really helpful and made the process really easy. I rented a Golf R line for a 3 day trip to Cornwall and it was amazing to drive. Will definitely consider using the rent a car service from VWFS - west London again.

It was a joy renting from VWFS. I arrived early for my collection, no problem. And returned it early, also no problem. The guys were very efficient and kind. It was so easy and I would definitely do it again. It's a well kept secret I think - we should keep it this way!

We recently rented a California for a weeks trip around Scotland. The experience couldn’t have been any easier. Dave and the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The California drive just like a large SUV so was no trouble at all to drive on the small narrow roads of Scotland. Also the campervan was all kitted out with all the day to day essentials you needed for a trip. From cutlery to a kettle. Will definitely be hiring again soon as already planning our next trip away.

Fantastic Car!! VW Golf brand new amazing to drive 62mpg and at a great price we travelled to the Lake District over 300 miles and back. Michael was great excellent customer service!!

Michael and Dave know exactly how to interact with customers and take the time to demonstrate any features of the vehicle that you are unfamiliar with or instruments that are totally new to you.
