I would highly recommend this company for both flooring and installation.I am delighted with my floor it looks beautiful and is excellent quality.I can’t stop looking at it !!! Two rooms knocked into one and really old 1930’s floorboards,just can’t believe how they managed it.Dave and max are very talented fitters and did a flawless job and Chris the manager is great to deal with.10/10 from us ,thanks so much.

Have had one bedroom landing and stairs fitted with carpet. Excellent service. Waiting when they reopen to get another bedroom measured up for carpet. Staff and fitter very helpful in Wavertree. Cannot fault them.

For the second time now in different houses, I have used Walton flooring.On this occasion, we have had carpet fitted on the stairs and landing as well having a small bedroom fitted with laminate. The ultimate piece de resistance though is the herring bone design wooden floor that has been fitted in the hall which is just superb!!!The overall service that this company provides is beyond excellence, I will continue to use them and will recommend them all day long...

We recently had our kitchen, utility, cloak and bathrooms fitted by Walton Flooring Centre and could not be happier with the results. From placing the initial order with Chris at the Huyton brach who explained the process and gave his expert and professional advice to assist us in our choices, to the flooring being laid by Lloyd, everything was spot on and I can’t recommend them enough. The quality of the product and the price that we paid far exceeded our expectations.

Ordered laminate flooring from Brian at the Moreton store . Brian is very helpful, friendly and professional . Fitter Dave arrived at 10 o’clock on arranged date and OMG what a brilliant job he did. Dave was so precise and professional in his work a real craftsman. Flooring looks amazing. Thank you Brian and Dave for everything.

From start to finish the process of selecting carpet and laminate flooring to the fitting and installation was top class
The wavertree store and staff were most helpful in every aspect from selection delivery and fitting highly recommended

Cant thank the guys at Walton Flooring enough. From the Surveyors to Fitters they've all been great. Had one room done by Neil in our crooked house then the rest of the upstairs done by Dave and young Max. Dave gave me some good advice and Max did a great job seeing as it was only his second week under the guidance of Dave.

Chris and Steve in the Huyton store where very helpful too! (and no I'm not on commission 😂)

I'll be having the whole of my ground floor redone after Christmas. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Was recommended Walton Flooring by a family member and now I can see why - I can't fault the service I've received.

Rang up on the Monday and had somebody out measuring up by the end of the week. Then visited the Huyton branch on the Saturday where Ste and Chris were more than helpful in assisting us with choosing the right type of carpets and laminates that fit our budget and were to our required spec. They have a large range, from less expensive to luxury - but even the 'cheaper' stuff looks and feels really good quality.

I had to amend my order a few days before they came out to fit (adding some bits on that I'd forgotten to mention) and again Steve helped me out with no bother at all.

Both the carpet fitters and laminate fitters let us know the day before what time they'd be arriving and were prompt. Again, can't complain about the quality of workmanship - they grafted all day without stopping to get it done, allowing me to put a hoover round before everybody arrived back home! They were also very nice lads and tidy - any unused carpet/laminate was placed in one single location ready for us to dispose of, rather than leaving bits all around the house.

A really professional outfit and you know it's an "all in price" as the cost per square metre includes fitting, underlay etc. - not like some of the large well-known flooring companies that advertise a cheap headline rate but then charge a fortune for all the extras.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Sometimes things don’t go to plan - that’s life, but it makes a huge difference when you know the business you’re buying from really cares about their customers. Steve is incredible at his job. Walton Flooring is a combination of great modern flooring, paired with old fashioned customer service at its best. I’ll be back again.

Was very satisfied with my dealings with Walton Carpets right from the guy in the shop to the fitters who came to my home

Decided to go with Walton flooring was recommended however like similar review my experience was not entirely positive. I was visited while I had no flooring down and was provided with a quote and advised flooring I chose would be suitable. When the fitters arrived on the day they walked in my home and walked straight out saying they could not fit my floor I needed boarding laying down first, so that’s 1 day off work lost. This should have been identified at the fit quote. I got the boards down rebooked in for fit only for the fitter to turn up at 2 pm in the afternoon- another day leave lost and also told by the fitter this would be a 2 day job, YES another day leave lost. I expressed my disappointment to Chris in sales and asked due to the inconvenience would I receive a discount on my carpet for which they had previously taken measurements for to be told of course they will look at that. The job of laying the floor is a average the customer service received is below. Spoke to sales last week and they can’t find my carpet measurements now which is strange and promised to call me back on 8th November, now 14th still waiting for that promised call. Wouldn’t bother using this company now if customer service is not a priority

Absolutely thrilled with our new lovely laminate flooring for our little boys room...fitted this morning by Ken and Christopher. Both were extremely professional, on time, hard working and overall really pleasant people. The job was done in no time at all and to a very high standard - I will definitely be a returning customer 👍👍

Absolutely recommend Walton Flooring Centre. Excellent from walking into the shop to the follow up phone call the day after the work completed to make sure we were happy with the work. The carpets and laminate purchased and fitted in our home were excellent - professionally done by great fitters. Thank you for making our home look better.

Excellent from start to finish. Shop were really helpful in choosing a stair carpet. Kept in contact. Fitters arrived when they said they would. Did an excellent job fitting carpet. We did have a slight issue because the wrong carpet plates had been fitted Fitters were amazing and came out the following day to resolve. Follow up phone calls to ensure we were happy with the job. Would highly recommend.

Had hall floor done with wooden panels
Fitters were excellent very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble
They were really tidy and cleared all rubbish for us
I did not get a quote from anywhere else as this company did my living room 6 year ago
And still looks as good as new

Now I am trying to get my husband to agree same flooring in sitting room but he wants carpet
They have a huge collection of carpets which I have seen and been impressed with the high quality of them
So I have ordered carpet from them hoping I have made a good choice!
