Had Karndean flooring fitted by Walton Flooring and it all had to be ripped up as it was uneven and very badly fitted. Walton Flooring agreed to put it right and eventually they did. During the process they had to remove all the self leveller they had put down, The process for this was grinding all the leveller up which was the whole ground floor. The mess was unimaginable. Black dirt stuck on the wall's all over everything, even as far as upstairs. Everywhere was filthy. This took several day's to get up. All the furniture had to be moved out of the house and back in everyday. Upstairs was as much furniture as we could fit but still loads had to go outside. We were devastated by all the mess and disruption. We had a massive clean up to do when all was finished. Walton Flooring said they had put everything right so would not pay for any cleaning. All left a very sour taste would not go to them ever again.

I attended moreton store not sure of what would be best for my front room. I was shown all different flooring that would suit my front room with no pressure and advice when I needed it. When I decided what I wanted arrangements made to come and measure and fitting after. Fitter was on his own and worked professionally and was done in no time. Great experience from buying to fitting. Would definitely use Walton flooring again.

Excellent service for artificial grass. Groundwork was done to a good standard and the drainage is great looks like a real lawn. I went for the top spec grass and you get what you pay for.

Don’t touch them. Damaged my stairs whilst putting down the carpet and didn’t want to take responsibility for the repair. Happy to take the cash and do an inferior job.

Not impressed with their service and quality of materials. Had carpet fitted a year ago, and had it fixed a few times. Carpet looks older than what it is and I won't be using this company again,

I had great service from Walton Flooring but had a few issues with the carpet fitters which is why I've rated 4 stars and not 5. There were a lot of dirty marks left on walls and I felt that the fitters were rushing to get the job done. This resulted in one of the carpets not being cut to the correct size and it kept coming away from the metal door plate. Walton Flooring have sent the fitters out on 2 occasions to rectify. Overall happy with the service and would recommend
