Unreal weekend🤩
Such a good weekend! The best We Are festival I’ve been to so far! VIP definitely worth the upgrade for quieter bars and toilets. The pamper parlour and the VIP lineup were a nice extra too! X

❤️ Fantastic, Amazing Music, Friendly Vibe ❤️
What an amazing time we had at this fantastic We Are FSTVL yesterday. The music was nothing short of BRILLIANT! My friends and I danced all day and talked to amazing people. It was quick and efficient getting in and when you were in the vibe was friendly and electric.
No trouble or edgy situations just fun fun fun.

THEY’VE ROBBED US BLIND!!! No refund been waiting a year. They even responded below but no refund received it’s all for show! they’ve just stolen millions from the public judging from the other review
The festival was cancelled they claimed they sent out a link to get a refund they refuse to give our money back. They must have made millions from the money they essentially stole from us. Encourage people to email BBC Watchdog so they are named and shamed in public. They even responded back to this review - but when I contacted them for a refund they’ve completely ignored this. Their response below is essentially all for show. No substance to their promise of a refund. They are a joke.

False promises to keep your money
Was emailed to offer complimentary tickets for future events if I didn't cancel my previous ticket for a cancelled event of which I agreed to. Now company don't respond to emails requesting the complimentary tickets I've been promised.

Been told that as I didn't apply for the refund in the August 2020 window (when the show was scheduled for May 2021, which I could attend), I can no longer have a refund although it's now been moved to September 2021 and I can't attend.
Absolutely awful customer service, no recognition of the above facts. Will be taking it further.
