Feeling robbed, disappointed with service.

Hello again, last time contacting your company I was told you were aiming to make all refunds by the end of March, I would like to how this is going as it’s now April and nearly a year since I brought a ticket and still not received any refund. I find easier on here to message on here due to never have I ever received a reply from an email. I understand with the global pandemic it’s difficult but waiting 11 months for a refund is ridiculous and being told over and over again it’s happening but never does. I’m really disappointed in how the company as handled this, as I’ve never had a problem with getting my money back from any other festival due to the pandemic.

Finally been refunded but not in full

Finally been refunded but not in full, I paid £72.42 and have only been refunded £63.50.
I’m assuming this means I haven’t been refunded for the booking fee or tax for a service and event that NEVER HAPPENED.

Why are you punishing customers, you have not provided the service and therefore we should be refunded in full. After more than a year of waiting this is unacceptable

NO REFUND OR RESPONSE

As most people below, I have no reponse to 8 emails and constant messages on social media in regards to my refund.
I was emailed in November advising if I cannot attend the new date, pop them an email and I can either swap the days, have a free name change or get a full refund.
I have now had to pay £30 more a ticket after they then said i cannot change days now and still waiting on a refund of over £200 - currently £420 out of pocket.

Again, like some below it may be worth taking to a small claims court as my refund is urgently needed :(
If anyone does pick these up, please can my emails be replied to.

Disgusting behaviour from we are…

Disgusting behaviour from we are festival. still have not received a refund for we are festival which was due to take place last may despite filling in multiple refund forms. No communication, they do not respond to any emails or messages on social media platforms. Disgusted at the fact they didn’t even bother to grant me tickets to this years festival despite not giving me a refund for over a year!! Absolutely appalling, would never even think about buying tickets for their future events.

Opening a law suite like many other…

Opening a law suit like many other people seem to have been forced to do after zero communication from this horrific ‘company’.
Have been asked to fill in a refund form twice and seems it’s gone into the abyss. Don’t respond to emails, DM’s or comments.
You couldn’t pay me to even consider going to another WeAre event.
All the while posting about new events and selling tickets out for said events.
Paying for acts with the all money you have robbed from people.
Thieves. Disgusting.

I wish there was an option to give no star! I’ve been trying to get my refund for London We Are of April last year. Nearly an entire year. Someone occasionally replies back to me saying they are looking into it but no one ever gets back to me. Seriously the most painful process trying to get my refund. I bet my ticket which I paid for isn’t valid for the new festival that is on this year too! Literally the worst company.

Scam

I have been trying to get my refund for last year’s cancelled festival for months. They keep replying saying they have refunded me, however they have clearly used the wrong sort code so I have never received payment. It’s either a mistake on their part -in which case no one has corrected the error, or they are scamming me. I’m continuing to email them to get the matter resolved but it takes them an average of 6 weeks to reply. It’s disgusting.

Tickets still haven’t been refunded nearly 8 months on, contacted multiple times and absolutely nothing back. They’re selling tickets for events but can’t refund seem to refund anyone.

I purchased this ticket December 2019 for the may festival which was cancelled due to covid, I've stated multiple times i want a refund and I don't want to carry the ticket over, they have made me input my details about 7 times and still NO REFUND?! I lost my job due to the pandemic and really need this refund back!!! customer service is awful I only ever get automated responses back even though I message everyday, stop planning new events and posting on social media and give us our money back!!!!!! Horrible company

Refund plsss

December 28th 2020 I received and email to fill out a form so I can get my refund(which was a dodgy Google sheets survey kind of document asking for my bank details...). when can I expect to see that money come back? Every time I ask or complain All I receive is an automated response, never any actual explanation as to what’s going on! You keep advertising new events daily taking more and more money off people yet are reluctant to give anyone their money back for cancelled events...it’s really suspicious and i would like to know when I’m getting my money back as I’ve had enough of waiting now.

Get your bank to refund you - We Are Fstvl won't!

No, I never received the refund for last year's festival. Also bought tickets for South West Four last year and they managed to get me refunded very quickly. Bit naughty and not really on putting on the festival again this year without refunding people from last year's event.

Still haven’t had my tickets refunded!!

Still haven’t had my tickets refunded from the may 2020 festival. Been in contact many times with the we are helpline but haven’t got anywhere.

Applied several times for a refund but still no luck. Has anyone had any progress with a lawsuit etc as I see many other people have had the same problem and would be more than happy to open a lawsuit against them.

DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Great Festival, appalling customer service

I have been trying for months to obtain a refund from the festival run in Hertfordshire - Back of Beyond Festival. I have written least 10 emails with a range of pleading/frustration for them to contact me. I've not received a response. I have just emailed about the May 21 We Are FSTVL (carried over from 2020) as I want a refund for that. I am not hopeful.

Still waiting.

Thanks for your reply. I received roll over tickets to September but couldn’t make the date. So no I haven’t received a refund.

Terrible TERRIBLE company

Terrible TERRIBLE company! Will never attend any of their events, or anything they are associated with. Paid for 2x VIP tickets for £93 each, obviously I understand we are in a pandemic but i request a refund SIX months ago. I've emailed 6 times, tweeted, emailed some more, and no one responds. Luckily I paid on credit card so I will be covered but a lot of people are not as lucky as this! Not sure how they think this is OK or acceptable at a time like this. An update/courtesy goes such a long way. Really disappointing

Refund

Just wondering if anybody has actually received a refund from this poor excuse of a company?? I’m sure I’m in the same boat as most on here when I say I’m getting very frustrated with the lack of communication I’ve had regarding my refund, you’d think with what’s going on in the world at this moment they’d have a little bit of sympathy for people with quickly sorting refunds as money isn’t exactly flowing for everyone at the moment, too top it off I also see they’re promoting and taking bookings for there next festival in November 2021 but yet can’t even be bothered to repay the people who supported them in the first place. Any advice and what I should do to gain my money back would be great.
