Never buying tickets from them again

Never buying tickets from them again. My friends and I purchased group tickets for We Are in May 2020. It was cancelled due to covid-19 which is understandable however, we have all contacted the company with several emails and they have ignored them all!! We deserve our money back for a festival we did not attend. Furthermore, it’s very hard to get hold of the company. I cannot find a contact email anywhere. This is very unprofessional and unfair to everyone who purchased a ticket.

Absolutely disgusting. Will never buy from them again.

Absolutely disgusting. I paid for We Are FSTVL tickets which was meant to go ahead in May 2020. The dates were moved to September 2020 due to COVID-19 (understandable) but in the end it was cancelled. I have been waiting for my refund ever since and have sent multiple polite emails and direct messages on Instagram. The messages have been read and ignored. I sympathise with companies in regards to covid and understand that it has affected many businesses however it has also affected those of us who have lost jobs etc. The company has done f*** all to communicate with their customers, no reassurance has been given and their "refund policies" are changing constantly. They asked all customer to update their bank details to make sure refunds were being processed correctly and yet nothing LITERALLY NOTHING has been done. Will never purchase any festival tickets from We Are ever again, appalling "customer service" and they are quite simply thieves. I will be opening a dispute and raising this concern as fraud!!!

The Worst Festival Company!

Like most people on here leaving a review, I would simply give We Are Festival 0 stars. I purchased £400 worth of tickets for the event in May 2020 and have not received a penny back from the company (it's been 9 months). I raised this with my Credit Card company over 2 months ago, but have not heard back from them either. Why is it so impossible to get in contact with the company too?!? It's so cheeky of them to advertise events like We Are Mexico, when from the sounds of it, there are still hundreds of people without there money from the May 2020 event.

Honestly poor customer service

Honestly poor customer service! I’ve been waiting for a refund since May 2020. Told to fill in over 5 forms to get my money back. The festival was cancelled due to Covid (understandable- I had booked it before Covid was a thing) however they keep advertising new events instead of refunding the people who’ve been waiting MONTHS. Dodgy company

If I could give a 0* I would. Have had nothing but murder with these guys for a year. Completely unreasonable and have still got our money for an event in May. Which didn’t go ahead. Refund options were null and completely unhelpful

Thieves! Payed more than 400euro's in tickets for there silly festival. they did not even answered my emails after it got cancelled. So my money is gone. Need it now more than ever. Unbelievable

Don't try to outsmart your customers

Like so many others who have left a review, I too have been waiting since September for a refund (though I believe the festival was originally going to take place in May). I completed all the correct forms within the time frame given and heard nothing back since. After sometime I got through to someone at StubHub, the original platform the tickets were sold through and I was told I would simply have to sell my tickets to another if I wanted any form of compensation. I then had to email the evidence/screenshots of We Are FSTVL posting online their promises of refunds before this assistant eventually admitted it was indeed possible for me to receive one but I would have to wait. It is now January 2021 and I have been sent yet another Google form to complete in order to get a refund. It is utterly ridiculous the amount of time this has been going on for and all the hoops a customer has to jump through in order to get their money back. I sympathise that the industry is struggling with the pandemic but don't frustrate and attempt to outsmart your customers by placing time limits on refund claims and then refusing to pay out for so long. Your reputation is now damaged permanently and it's very unlikely I and many others will be willing to support this festival again. I still have not received a refund despite the extra forms.

shame service

Guys, I got no words for you, not even one positive word about your service, I compiled 3 different documents in order to get a refund 6 months ago... today another email asking me to complete another one, you guys are the worst shitshow company that exists in the UK, what the heck are you doing? how many times I have to provide sensitive data in order to receive a refund, I pay for a service that I didn't receive, simple as that, you all as a company should be ashamed for keep playing like this with the customers!

Absolutely shocking!! The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! No one gets back to your emails if they do it’s automatic reply telling you the same thing over and over again.
Been waiting since March for my refund.
Will never deal with them again!
Shocking for a company of that size who keep announcing new events but have not been able to refund people who have been waiting for months! Especially that they are holding peoples money in hard times like this.

Absolute Dirtbag Thieves. Try for yourself.

Absolute dirtbag thieves. Paid for two 2 days tickets for We Are FSTVL in March 2020 and I'm still fighting to get a refund with little in terms of results or communications from them. Having got zero back from We Are despite numerous attempts through their constantly changing refund policies and false promises from them I've now had to open up a Fraud case through my Credit Card provider. Whilst I sympathise that Covid has impact their operations and ability to put on the concert in question, they have showed absolute distain and disregard for their customer base. Total scumbags. I'd avoid them if I were you.

Do not book this festival EVER!!!! Total con artists

The same as everyone else. Applied for refund in the summer and not been able to contact anyone since. Out of pocket hundreds between us all. Given currently some are out of work this money would go a long way at Christmas! Total con artists. I hope that people who want to book this festival in the future think twice. Even better I hope this festival never runs again the way they treat customers. Ignoring people won’t make your debts disappear! You will be facing legal action from lots of people and I hope you go under you w@nkers. Never ever ever ever again!!!!!
