Awful festival and appalling customer service!

I wrote a complaint on the first working day after the festival, complaining about the organisation and the festival overall. I was caught up in the infamous stampede that happened. I am qualified in Events Management, and expressed my views on safety and quite how poorly the event was run.

My best friend also sent an email in a similar style - she was replied to. I was ignored.

I chased my complaint for a reply twice, all times I've been ignored. I tweeted We Are Fstvl after attending another festival, stating they needed to take a leaf out of their book. I dont believe that comment was slanderous, nor was it wrong for me to state my opinion. We Are Fstvl then blocked my account on Twitter.

Since then I have been included in their email campaigns regarding their Halloween event. But when an email was sent asking for feedback on the bank holiday festival I attended, I was removed from the list of email address but my friends were included.

I have tried to contact the CEO of We Are FSTVL via LinkedIn only to be ignored once again. I am utterly appalled by the terrible customer journey I have experienced from start to finish.

I have emailed We Are FSTVL requesting a reply to my complaint and a request how my data is being held and used. Low and behold, I've since been ignored AGAIN!

I have now written to them at both their listed addresses requesting my data and reply to my complaint.. I am yet to hear a response.

In closing DO NOT spend your hard earned money on such a slap-happy festival.

Had a great time again at We Are - It was busy (what you’d expect from such a brilliant line up) but things ran smoothly and the day was better than we expected. Definitely will be returning next year.

It was incredible! So we'll organised, clean and super friendly atmosphere. Music was insane and food stalls were great - definitely going back next year I totally recommend!

Amazing festival!! I camped and couldn't fault it. Drinks were a little pricy but that's expected! Can't wait for next year already

I've been coming to We Are since the very first show and enjoyed watching it evolve over the last 7 or so years. I've always had a great experience here, from queuing to enter the show, to getting drinks, toilets, etc. I think it's great that it now caters for all music tastes, especially as the rave/festival scene has changed so much, and more and more people are getting into different types of dance music.
Well done to all the team at We are for putting on yet another amazing show, I cant wait to see what 2020 holds!!

I have been going to this festival since it first opened and have never had a bad experience. They have mastered the art of queue so everything is well organised and you can get a drink or go to the loo really easily. They always have a great range of music and the sound quality is amazing.
I normally drive and parking is easy but i have also got the shuttle bus from Upminster station before and there are plenty available so you never have to wait too long.

Amazing time at this place! Always a great line up. Can’t wait until next year

Attended WEAREFSTVL on all three days. It was my third time and as always, we had such an amazing time. Everything was on point, the wristbands being able to be topped up with cash were great and much better than the tokens you get at some festivals. All the acts we saw were amazing and will definitely be going back next year. 100% recommend.

We are festival 2020 here we come 🙌🏼

I went to WeR both Saturday and Sunday and had an excellent time. The facilities and the set up worked well; and with such a range of ages and genres of dance music everyone was catered for. It’s a massive event to put together and organisers should be congratulated on recognising what their customers want and need. Well done to all the team behind WeR look forward to seeing you again next year 😊😊😊😊

This festival always highlights the start to my summer and this year did not disappoint! The stages & line ups were incredible. Looking forward to the Halloween Party!!

Line-up was EPIC! Had the best time with my mates, met my now fiancee, I can't rate it enough, this festival literally changed my life!

Always seems to be sunny in Upminster for We Are Fstvl. Great music on great systems equals a top weekend. Recommend it.
