Live Stream Funeral
I really appreciated being able to watch my Aunts funeral through the online link because I couldn’t be there due to lockdown. It was really simple to use thank you and you put on a lovely service.

Family Funeral streamed to Hong Kong
Just been to Aunties Funeral at Charnock Richar d Crematorium today and the whole service was streamed to our daughter who lives in Macau, Hong Kong. She phoned to tell us that she could not believe how clear the video and sound was. We watched the service again when we got home and it was nothing short of perfect from beginning to end. We are left with very happy memories of this service. Thank You. Lesley Lord and Family

I only wished I looked at the reviews…
I only wished I looked at the reviews before I booked these jokers. They are offering a service that is not fit for purpose. How can you advertise that you record the funeral service and only cover the back of people's heads and not position their webcast at a suitable angle nearly missing out the speakers. They even failed to play the correct song. I am deeply upset by this as the video and keepsake is the only thing left for us in this moment of sadness. They failed to send me the keepsake I paid for and did not reply to my emails. I should have let a family member do the recordings if I realised. Please do not use this service… They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Fantastic solution to what would otherwise have been impossible
I watch live from New Zealand my Mother's Funeral on the 26th January and except for dropping out just after the Priest started talking for approximately 5 minutes, I thought this was a fantastic solution being that I could not personally attend in this climate with covid being rampant all over the world. Thank you for making it possible.

Avoid, terrible service!
There was a hissing noise throughout the service, the video kept dropping out and the speaker was barely audible even with my volume on maximum and having high speed broadband. It's a shame they don't have a microphone nearer the speaker to pick them up better. This service was at Upminster East Chapel but I also 'attended' one online at Torquay Crematorium and it was pretty much the same.
It's already awful having to attend a funeral online when we can't go in person and pay our respects and hear some good memories of our loved one but this experience just makes it all the more worse! I don't know why people are still using them with all the bad reviews they get!

Zero Stars for this shocking excuse for…
Zero Stars for this shocking excuse for a company. 2nd experience with them. (NOT BY CHOICE) Once in April 2020. Once in January 2021. DO NOT USE !!
Do not seem able to provide a service. Service did not record and second time service cut off 5 minutes before the end.
You should be ashamed !
Pathetic reply .... you have had all this information several times. No i cannot give you it all again to just be ignored again. How are you still operating ?

If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. Wesley have caused my family much distress by having a “hardware failure” at my fathers funeral. Meaning our carefully put together visual tribute didn’t happen. I would forgive this as these things happen but the resulting couldn’t care less attitude from Wesley’s CEO have been nothing but distressing and have made my fathers death all the much harder. I’ve never experienced such a disgraceful response from any company. Avoid at all costs.

Incompetent and distressing
I recommend that you do NOT entrust the live streaming web cast of your loved one's funeral to this incompetent company. Friends and family who could not attend due to current restrictions were unable to watch the service due to a 'technical issue', which Wesley Media's customer service adviser blamed on the crematorium. He advised me that they could see that the funeral service was being recorded at the crematorium, but that the video feed was not reaching Wesley Media's server, and as the funeral service was now in progress there was nothing that they could/would do about it. He admitted that Wesley Media had not even bothered to test the video feed to their server prior to the funeral, to confirm that it was actually working. Clearly, any half-decent and competent company with an ounce of regard for its customers would have undertaken this basic check before the service, and would have ensured that any technical issues with their systems had been resolved beforehand, so that close friends and family were not subjected to further totally unnecessary and wholly avoidable distress. Their customer service person then suggested that I could contact the crematorium myself - during my relative's funeral service - to ask them if they would reboot their video system, since this generally resolved the issue. So, this was a known connectivity issue with a simple fix, yet Wesley Media had not bothered to sort it out before the funeral service. I wrote to them about this on 19 January, but have received no reply to date. This is not a one off, just look at their other previous horrendous reviews. STEER WELL CLEAR!

They must not fail but they do
What a shocking, appalling company. To offer a service and UTTERLY FAIL is beyond comprehension. How many funerals have been missed during lockdown due to this shambolic webcast service? Their website doesn't even work - It times out before loading the homepage! I have no idea how these guys are still in business. Please, please, never use this company. For a singularly important one off event for bereaved familys, and they MUST NOT get it wrong - but they do. It's like a wedding photographer forgetting a spare battery or running out of film. It's an occasion that cannot be repeated and cannot be missed. How do they fail... How are they ALLOWED TO FAIL!!
You are awful.

I would give NO stars if it was an option
I would give NO stars if it was an option. We have been unable to pay our respects at a Much loved friend funeral. The entire website is down.
My fone is going crazy as tens of us try to log in. Absolute disgrace, to add to the already felt devastation
If you are going to offer a service for emotional concerns like this then get a robust platform in place.

Complete waste of time
This was a complete waste of time. I live in Spain and live streamed my cousin's funeral. It didn't work for me, my sister in Hong Kong and my son in Nottingham. I rang Wesley immediately and they didn't answer. I emailed them and got an automated reply which tried to look like a non automated reply from Dan. I messaged him. Got nothing. All the while my cousin's funeral is going on and the screen was frozen for 99%. And just to add insult to injury, my sister and I got the back end of another funeral at first and I stayed logged in afterwards and could watch the next persons funeral, albeit, the same crappy connection. I was going to ask my brother to film it on his phone and I wish I had. This is the most terrible service and a complete and utter let down.
