Funeral cut out half way, DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Funeral cut out half way through the stream so we missed the funeral.
I regret not going to the funeral, the only piece we got was knowing we could watch it live, this has made our grieving worse.
Avoid this company, they dont have the appropriate equipment to carry out a live stream, there clearly cashing in on the corono-virus and ruining peoples lives.

Live stream funeral cuts out! AVOID THIS COMPANY
Watching my step dads funeral live streamed Along with all he’s friends and family. Due to Covid-19 this is the only way we could attend. Half way through the service it cut out completely and didn’t record from then on so therefor missed the funeral.
Going by other reviews this company needs to stop trading.
They were in the sun newspaper for streaming the wrong funeral once. How awful is that! Clearly not proper company and just chancers. AVOID!

Appalling
Like others who have reviewed Wesleymedia I am appalled at their inability to provide full coverage of an event already cruelly impacted by covid 19 restrictions. The stream did not start on time and kept buffering and then stopped mid-service, never to return. Very sub-standard service at a time when loved ones are desperate to unite online and say a joint farewell. Wesleymedia are clearly in the wrong business. Look for an alternative provider!

Do not use Wesley Mediocre's webcasting service, it will only increase your grief!
On 12 April, the day of my dad's funeral, only 25% of our close family and friends got to view the webcast by Wesley Mediocre. Those who attempted were either completely unable to view it or ejected from it and then told the login was invalid.
Their website currently says to expect to receive the recording login after 3-4 days. The login to the recording to my dad's funeral arrived after 18 days, on 15 May.
Do not use Wesley Mediocre's webcasting service, it will only increase your grief!

No stars.
No stars.
Could only hear the entrance music (which lasted for about 10 minutes as it kept freezing). The picture quality was very poor, along with the sound. Relatives in Canada (who had taken the day off work) had the same experience. It didn't even cover the full 20 minute service as it just gave up. If we had known how POOR this service was we could have had someone recording it on their own phone and showing it on Facebook or some other social media site. Don't build your hopes up by thinking you can be a part of the funeral as it is just a complete let-down.

Totally and utterly substandard an…
Totally and utterly substandard an unacceptable service.
Was utterly gutting to find that none of my relatives could watch in any acceptable way or form a cremation via this company at a London crematorium. The bandwidth was appalling, the camera substandard, and the sound quality poor.
You would think that any company with any sense of decency would appreciate the importance of ensuring this service works properly as relatives say goodbye to their loved ones. Instead this 'service' was worse than none at all. CD

Just appallingly bad
Update. A few days after this review, the company did get back to me to apologise for the service and said they would send a video link at some point.
Just appallingly bad.
This is supposed to be a service to help the bereaved who can't be at a funeral service to say goodbye via video feed. Given how significant such events are, you would think that service providers would make an effort to ensure things go smoothly.
Wesley Media seems to have gone the extra mile to make things go as badly as possible.
The video feed cut off twice in the first 10 minutes of the service and anyway the picture quality and sound were so dreadful that, at first, I thought I had time travelled to a funeral in 1950.
Then after 12 minutes the video feed simply shutdown. For all viewers across many different types of computer and net connection and geographies, so no excuses Wesley. And then after, they gave us no explanation or recovery of the feed. Despite several emails to the company, no response since.
So if you have a funeral service coming up covered by this lot get someone you know to take a camera.

Shockingly bad in every possible way.
Shockingly bad in every possible way.
Communication bad, filming bad, colour bad, sound bad.
They cut off the film before the service had finished.
This is an extra-special disgrace when you think how important all this is to the grieving and bereaved,

Lost the funeral feed
I'm in London and I lost the funeral feed after 15 minutes never to return. My sister in Oxfordshire lost it at the same time. In my view they clearly don't provide enough bandwidth, it's a disgrace.
