Difficult times for all business’s…
Difficult times for all business’s during the Covid pandemic, West Craven were helpful and understanding, I don’t know of any other insurance companies or brokers who’s own MD gave out their personal mobile number and were happy to take calls 24/7.
Thanks West Craven for making a bad time that little bit easier.

Great team, great insurance, no fuss
I’ve been with West Craven for a number of years now, and they’ve looked after me to no end.
I have a specialist policy with West Craven for blue light use on my personal vehicle as I’m a healthcare professional - I’ve changed my vehicle, changed the details of my insurance etc a number of times and none of it has been too much or too hard work for the team. It’s always been sorted with the utmost urgency and the least difficulty/admin on my end.
I regularly recommend West Craven, and should the day come that I no longer need blue light insurance on my personal vehicle I will still come to West craven because I trust the service.

Insurance Done Right
Having used their services for a number of years i can't express how good these guys are.
The customer service is second to none and they are always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions you may have.
Running an Private Ambulance business is very fast pace and at times the response required is instant and these guys are awesome at it and it's for this reason we have worked with them all this time. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Just wanted to thank Scott Clarkson for his amazing customer service provided during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was able to support us with the laying off of Ambulances and response vehicles to help reduce costs at a very difficult time. Cannot fault West Craven Insurance we have used the company for many years for both our private and business vehicles.
