2 years in a row for blue light cover on a personal vehicle for trust response. No problems and fast easy efficient service.
Easy to deal with from the onset, knew what I needed at a competitive price. Even replied to a personalised reg plate change at a weekend and had the changes done instantly with no extra charge. 5 stars couldn’t ask for more. Well done team!!

Amazing support from the West Craven Team!
I've been working with West Craven Insurance for a few years, initially with our vehicle insurance, until we recently learned that they can help with our indemnity and medical malpractice insurance.
The support I have received from Scott and Kevin has been second to none, they have been available on the phone and respond promptly to emails too, they strive for the best deals for their clients and ensure we get exactly what we need to remain complaint and legal, nothing is too much trouble for them!

This company is amazing, I’ve just got my first ever insurance policy on my first car and as you can imagine I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but my handlers Lisa and Namiko helped me out beyond necessary and put up with me even when I was lost with the whole process 😂
Overall an amazing company I can’t recommend enough and will definitely be using these in the future, 10/10 customer service and insurance
