Second time I've used Pure Financial .was contacted well before my mortgage was ending .Jazz was fantastic at finding me the best deal .he did all the leg work .I'm very glad he contacted and sorted this early as interest rates have gone up .Jazz is a credit to his company and excells in his job .

As a rather mature couple, buying our first home together, we did not believe that a mortgage would be possible. However, Richard agreed to work with us and his professionalism shone through at each stage. I am sure he developed a few more grey hairs himself whilst helping us achieve our dream, but he worked tirelessly to support our journey. Having now completed and ready to move in, I would like to send my appreciation to Richard. Thank you for helping us achieve security in later life.

Richard and his team were thoroughly professional throughout the process, we were buying a house at a later stage in life, and Richard managed to come up with a solution that was practical and affordable, including life and critical illness cover.

I approached Pure Financial Decisions for a BTL mortgage on a small flat, which turned out to be more complicated than expected due to lender restrictions. After meeting Richard, my apprehension regards Equity release quickly resolved.
He did not rush anything, if I had queries these were answered in details, and if I wasn't sure he took the time to make sure I had understood fully.

Working with Pure Financial was a breath of fresh air in comparison to using other disjointed legal and financial organisations. Jazz Brown did a particularly stellar job in organising a secured loan for us in a diligent and organised fashion and was able to help with various insurance policies to make sure they were fit for purpose and cost effective for us. The whole process frees up more disposable cash for us each month to begin saving effectively. Jazz made the process seem less and articulated all information in a clear and understandable way. This was a difficult application for a bridging loan. The first charge provider refused to consent to a second charge, refused to confirm that no draw down facility was attached to the existing mortgage. However, with the diligent work Pure Finance, a way was found around this and agreed with the 2nd charge provided to see the loan go through to completion in the shortest time possible
