I can honestly say I have never had a broker go into so much detail regarding mortgages/remortgaging. I know so much more about the process than I ever did so thank you for the attention to detail. Also, a big part of my life that needed organising was estate/will planning which I again received a very detailed briefing from Richard. Thank you for all your hard work and advice.

This process of re mortgaging was so smooth from my initial dealings with Isabelle, who was experienced and efficient answering all my questions.
The online meeting with Naomi, she was professional, quick and the meeting was easy to set up. Naomi was very thorough and explained the processes, She was very supportive and at no point did I feel pressured, I was provided with full details and bullet points to enable me to make a decision.

It was a difficult case as it involved both a re-mortgage and a Mortgage raising capacity certificate for financial settlement, in my divorce case, in court. Isabelle was very professional, courteous, patient and sensitive. She provided important information throughout and matched me with the best lender given my circumstances. Furthermore, she worked really hard to ensure I met the court's deadline for submitting my mortgage raising capacity report. I have given her 5 star and I am really grateful for the work she did.
