Excellent customer service from Gary Lightfoot. He explained everything in a clear and concise way. We have been able to consolidate our debts into our mortgage and even raise funds for a new car. Really can’t thank Gary enough for easing a lot of stress for us. We feel financially stable which we haven’t felt for a long time. We have even taken out house off the market as we thought this was the only way forward to easing our financial situation. The whole process was dealt with so professionally by Gary from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience for someone like myself who hasn’t had to deal with many financial issues for some considerable time. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure, no hard sell and no feelings of being forced into a decision that wasn’t suitable for someone in my circumstances. Richard was so helpful with arranging a ‘top-up’ to our current mortgage. We needed the funds within 2-3wks and literally as soon I I emailed for help he phoned within minutes! We returned to Pure Financial again to find us the best re-mortgage deal and once again they didn't disappoint. We were kept informed by Isabelle every step of the way even lowering out Life/Critical Illness Policy but still ensuring we had a good level of cover. Everything was fully explained by Isabelle and as my partner and I both work full time accommodating meetings that suited us. Always picking up the phone when we needed to check on something or ask a question. We can't fault the service we received.

Danni explained everything and demonstrated great knowledge, she was patient, informative and offered good guidance.
There was also a stronger theme of officialdom and compliance than elsewhere which was confidence inducing. And whilst (my situation) was lengthy everything was completed without issue.
In summary I would fully recommend this broker and stay away from online stuff and non-professional pathways to remortgaging.
