Unfortunately one of the worst experiences i‘ve ever had during my time in Europe.
Weststein just block your card, trap your money, then never reply to you and pro financial keep stalling you forever.
After three months of unsuccessful tries of contact with weststein i contacted pro financial services ltd, which is the root company, but i had an awful experience with them too .
Whenever i write them something i do hve to wait two or more days just to have an answer that asks me to verify who i am , even if the email is just a reply for requested data.They give you the feeling that they are just stalling you and seek execuses to keep the card locked with the money in it .
I do advise everyone to not do the same mistake as i did, i kept waiting with the hope that they will unlock the card or transfer the funds to my personal account, and here we are four months after closing my card and still nothing happened.
If you ever get your card locked just save yourself the time and report them to the online fraud protection and file a case against pro financial services in the court. That‘s the right thing to do

The card was functional during 2 months. I received 400€ from my family because I am a student and I needed that money to pay the house rent and food and the never made out to the account.
They suspended my card with unreasonable excuses and I tried to solve the situation a lot of times and their answer was always inconclusive (NOW THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER). They asked for more information that I gave and they kept asking for more and more and more.Don't create a card, they are going to steal you just like they did to a lot of us, as you see in the reviews.

This company is in liquidation. Do not sign up or transfer money to them. They are owned by a company called Prepaid Financial Services Limited. Reg. No. 06337638.
If you have funds with them, you should report them to the Financial conduct authority in the UK.

How to get back my frozen money to this account?

My Weststein card was suspended 3 weeks ago on monday morning and they asked for documents.
They asked documents like source of funds, why did I withdraw big amounts from ATM and so on.
Normal banks do not ask too many questions, but Weststein does ask too many questions!
I provided all documents but they did not respond quickly. I also sent same documents to Prepaid financial card verification team,
But the biggest problem is that before the card was suspended on sunday evening I sent 550 euros to my card and that money did not arrive on my card on monday moring and it was not sent back to my bank account. I did receive my money back today from Prepaid financial services financial team!
This took 3 weeks to get resolved for me.
Thanks for Prepaid financial services verification team for resolving my problem.
But I still do not like this bad experience and I still do not like this thing that they held my money for 3 weeks!
So I do not recommend Weststein card for anyone!
There was only 1 response from Weststein e-mail for me and after that only Prepaid financial services verification team responded to my e-mails.

Scammers, only what they do is reply with customer service as an act and when you deposit, they freeze the account to deposit only, and never react to any email or phonecall again. DO NOT GET A CARD FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY OR WHATEVER THEY ARE

They blocked my account first and asked to provide proof of funds. Got my account online again in a week. Now my wife's account is blocked for a month -- as it is written in the automatic email "random transaction check". Nobody answers calls to Customer Support, nobody is answering the emails. If you wanna get some response you have to contact the Prepaid Financial Services. Btw, Weststein card has almost 200000 euro tax debt in Latvia so I guess this company won't last for long.

I still no have information regarding my withhold of founds in my Westein account. Now its 10 th of April 2019 and very soon will be one month from I don't have access to my founds. I sent all requested doc and info! Is it somebody who can explain whats going on? Its start to become suspicious!

Since the new upgrade of the site my card is unusable but still paying 1 euro a month, and I have been informed by e-mail that prices are going up, I am officially unemployed now, and cannot even touch the tiny bit I have on my card. I tried and was of course charged 0.50 cents, but the money was on the card. The card does not work, and yes I was fully verified and yes there is a small amount on my card, which I desperately need right now. It is a good thing I took some survival skills lessons as to which weeds are edible.

I know you guys are having problems, so what's really up with the site? Was Harvey Weststein the founder of this company as well?
And are you trying to get it back on it's feet?

it's cheats, please do not wait because the rates do not give up, report to the police in my country

They will steal your money

They will ask for documents , after uploading the docs , they ask for 5 more . Just to keep money

Use Revolut - these are scammers

They are the purest scamers.
They blocked me thousands of euros from me, a few weeks ago.
They Send an email, request a selfie, with the ID Card. would supposedly take 10 days to test it.

After 5 - 6 days a mail arrives, want to see a picture of the ID card. Although the fraudsters got the badge at the very beginning to verify the account.

Look around the web, there are a lot of reputable companies where you get a debit card.
I use one for over 10 years.

They steal your money, your time, your nerves. I have never seen such scmaer.
If you do not believe me, you will quickly have negative experiences with the fraudsters!

Money has not been refunded 4 months later
They are just scammers and fraudulent

Update 15th January - my money was refunded LESS €80 kept as their charges for withholding my money !

Was using Weststein, my card was activated. All documents was provided, but just before Christmas my funds was frozen without any notice before. Only when i send them email they told me that my account is temporary frozen cause of some kind of review office (not sure if it excists) has to do some kind of check of my transactions. Cant provide by which law they can do it. Only that it has something written in Terms and Conditions. I see many people are in the same situation. Did anyone get their money back at all?

Theieves Scam and a con
Account blocked for no reason with a verified account !
It gas been now 3 months continuous mail saying they can not help as customer care is limited to what they can do and their “competent” department has not given them instructions!
3/4 times they email saying please send statements with iban and name showing so they could transfer but again it’s a lie ... only wasting time to NOT SEND MY MONEY!!!

they blocked my account withtout any reason (i'm verified) and they stole my money & refuse to answer me or to give it back to me

they are scammers and they offer terrible support
