They will steal your funds
Unfortunatly you can only use Weststein for very small transactions and deposits, as they will after a little while lock your account with funds in it and never answer. In April I got a message from them that I need to provide documents where my money come from, after doing so, today 2018-07-03 still no response, they dont answer on mail and the money that was in this account has been frozen and confiscated by weststein. There are many better alternatives to use, like Revolut. The same thing happened to my two friends whom I recommended Weststein to. One friend still has an active account but its a rather new account and there has only been a deposit less than 500eur on this account. Stay away from them

Very poor customer service and super…
Very poor customer service and super long lasting transactions.
I have other non bank card and same transactions are done twice faster.

We understand waiting is super annoying and we're sorry you had to experience it. :( Unfortunately, the way international transactions work is out of our control.
Therefore, it's best if you make transactions from Monday to Thursday. That way, you won't have to wait during the weekend, when banks are closed.

Excellent solution with excellent service

Happy that can add 3 extra prepaid weststein cards to my profile
I would recommend weststein card for anyone who has a family, bcs you can get up to 4 prepaid mastercards under only 1 profile.. thus my two duaghters didn't need to provide their passport or any other document.. all cards were accepted with no credit check or proof of income.. its cheap too, only 1 eur a month... totally recommend
