Hugely impressed with my experience with wheelbase. Customer service is up there with the best I have experienced. Morning was too much trouble and the bike I bought was expertly packaged and arrived quickly. In particular, George in the sales team was outstanding but the whole team are superb.

Excellent customer services (Arawn - Kendal Lake district). Very understanding and helpfull throughout the entire process of ordering the new bike via cyclesheme. The bike arrived very well packaged. There was a small issue with the new bike (manufacturer fault) which was resolved promptly. The best experience I had in many years.

They are friendly guys and knowledgeable. Bike came on time and well packaged. I had to follow up a few times to find out what was happening with my order. They didn’t seem too hungry for the sale.

My husband previously bought a bike from this company about 4 years ago. He wants to buy another bike and has emailed twice with an enquiry about a particular bike. Twice they have not responded. Very disappointed considering our first experience. Business must be good if they are ignoring repeat business.
