Excellent service along with great communication

As many others commented, great bike build quality, but consistently being let down by their delivery partner, DX.

Ordered about 7pm and delivered next day

Purchased a bike listed as 2024 model and the one I received was a 2022. Their argument, it’s still the same bike in the range. My argument is that, whilst that might be true, the suspension, brakes etc. were manufactured in 2022 (which did result in the rear shock being warranty replaced) and that it was falsely advertised. They’ve ghosted me since. What would be fair would be to advertise as 22/24 model, so the purchaser has the info.

Ordered the bike online, it was dispatched quickly and pre built as much as possible. Just handlebars and wheels to attach. Bike very well wrapped and protected excellent work.

Shame the courier DX let them down by not delivering when it should have been

Would benefit providing some guidance notes regarding how to build bike and checks to undertake.

A very easy to use website and the Cube lights I brought were competitively priced. Excellent customer service and support! I had a really helpful follow up call after placing my order to make sure I had everything I needed. Lights were dispatched and delivered very quickly and were really well packaged. They are excellent lights to go night time mountain biking with! Very bright, with good peripheral coverage. Would recommend!

Bought a bike from Wheelbase on a cycle 2 work scheme and the process was a breeze. My request was dealt with by Oscar who kept me up to date in a friendly and cheerful way. Bike arrived a few days ago with a delay over the weekend but I could see that was with the delivery company not wheelbase. Would happily use again and recommend.

I recently placed an order with Wheelbase, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. When my delivery was delayed, their team responded quickly, stayed in touch, and even contacted Royal Mail on my behalf to sort things out.

They were polite, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the process — a rare quality these days! The package finally arrived in perfect condition, and they even refunded the shipping fee as a kind gesture.

The wheels look awesome and they were delivered promptly. Only issues i encountered was I was missing a valve cap and I think Stevie wonder may have balanced the wheels. There seemed to be an excessive amount of weight for brand new wheels and the weights were all wonky. Other than that im pleased with the purchase.
