I took my bike into Wheelbase Ilkley, to have the gears looked at as they were not working properly. My issue was resolved really quickly, plus Liam did further tweaks, checks and alignment on my bike proactively which was much appreciated. Thank you!

I have had a recall from DT Swiss and they told me to contact my LBS and they would arrange for the wheels to be sent to Madison for quality checks. I have been a loyal customer of Wheelbase for many many years and always recommended them to the guys in my cycling club. On this occasion, Wheelbase told me that they cant help me and to ring around other LBS's to see if they can help !!!!!! - I contacted The Edge at Lancaster and they were so helpful and they are dealing with my Recall. Its a sad day today but my Long Term Relationship with Wheelbase is finished :-(

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick response times. I bought a new Gravel bike and it was delivered when promised. There was a slight problem with some damage during transit but the guys at Wheelbase were straight on it and helped to get the issue resolved.
Over-all, very happy and would recommend.

Great wheels and tyres (OZ Leggera 18.8 with Conti SC7s) and at great price. Perfectly balanced. Delivered promptly. Slight glitch with wrong spigot rings, but quickly remedied. Very happy

Have been a customer of Wheelbase for many years but in particular the last six years. Purchased 3 bikes and multiple components accessories & clothing. In terms of mechanical service absolutely first class and in terms of product offering it’s always been very good but continues to get better every year. Overall service and friendly staff has always been the shops stand out attribute in my view. What more can I say other than highly recommended in all aspects!
