Excellent customer service
A quick trip to the store for specific items, Sam showed me where the items were located & gave me pointers to which product would suit my needs best. There was no hint of trying to upsell which gave me confidence in her advice. Ike was a lovely chatty ray of sunshine at the till which brightened up my very rainy trip to Wickes. Prices were very competitive too.
