I usually dread venturing into DIY
I usually dread venturing into these kinds of places DIY, home improvement stores and the like..
But Ella at The Bedford store was phenomenal.
When she realised we were in the process of moving out of our current home she did everything she could to make getting the stuff to repair our existing home pain-free as possible.
It made a huge difference to our day!

I went into the Bedford store to purchase a ladder for delivery, when I got to the store it was unavailable for delivery. I was served by Julie who was incredibly helpful the whole time and even offered to deliver the ladder to my home after her shift which I thought was amazing service! She found a way around the issues I was having, very very helpful

Absolutely outstanding service at Wickes Bedford! Ella and Robbie were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Michael, the store manager, was equally brilliant—approachable, attentive and clearly committed to providing excellent customer service.

Bedford Rules
Been a trade customer at Bedford Wickes for nearly 6yrs now.
I use several stores around East Anglia but Bedford has got to be the most helpful by far.
From the moment you walk in the staff are friendly and so so helpful, the most helpful is one of the managers called James, we call him Wee James as hes Scottish lol.
This bloke always seems to be on the shop floor doing his bit and his knowledge is second to none.
Wickes needs more Wee James 👍👍

All the staff have great customer skills
All the staff have great customer service, the support you receive from them is incredible and all very knowledgeable. James has gone above and beyond for me when I have visited, kirsty and Zoey have helped me repeatedly when I can't find what I'm looking for. I have been to multiple Wickes but I'm glad bedford the one I go to the most, sometimes electing to use it over my technical local store.
