Wickes - Dewsbury Reviews 

Dewsbury Wickes is a great store. I was especially helped today by Shelby, she was knowledgeable about the products and gave me great advice.

Ammaarah was extremely helpful in searching the computer & going to the aisle to find what we needed. She also checked it was correct by opening the package. A great helpful member of staff.

Larna was absolutely fantastic! Such a great help, super friendly and informative.

I recommend people to buy from wicks dewsbury. For me I been in store today and I spent £480 in & I served by a lovely girl call (Shelby). Thanks Shelby for your experience how to treat customers.

Went to buy some special plumbing joints & connectors and Ammaarah was absolutely brilliant. She found the one part and allowed me to find the other. Nice friendly person

I would give the staff at the Dewsbury store more stars if I could. Fern, Jamie and Shelby were brilliant. Helped and advised on which products we needed for our project. After a minor issue with rapid delivery ( not the staffs fault) Fern kindly offered to assist with personal delivery as options of transporting skirting boards were a problem. All the staff organised the generous offer of a ' lift' home with out stuff. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance, advice and help. You're all brilliant and a real credit to your team and to Wickes. " Thank you" doesn't come close to the gratitude we feel

Ammaarah at Wickes Dewsbury branch was excellent. She was knowledgeable, helpful, excellent communicative skills, made an easy purchase. Ammaarah helped me set up the Wickes app and was very patient and understanding, she’s a star.

We went to the Wickes store in Dewsbury to order three large bags of gravel to be delivered to the garden of an elderly neighbour (92 years old) so we could cover his front garden as he could no longer tend to grass cutting etc. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size and he asked the driver to return them. We went back to the store and explained the situation. The two young women who attended to us were really really helpful and organised a refund and helped us to reorder and everything was perfect after that and we’re delighted with the product the delivery.Mainly we can’t thank Shelby and Larna enough for how professional and understanding they were. Will recommend the store to all friends and family. Thank you again Shelby and Larna💕

My husband and I visited the Wickes store in Dewsbury this evening and were warmly welcomed by Larna. She acknowledged us right away and kindly asked if we needed any assistance. Although we weren’t able to get the mixed paint we were after, Larna went out of her way to offer helpful advice and guidance. She was incredibly approachable, friendly and professional throughout our visit. Excellent customer service – thank you, Larna!

I went to dewsbury store ask staff for help for buying kitchen units and staff Dan came to help and he did everything I wanted and give good advice and price very helpful and I am very impressed I give 5 star rating to DAN AND TASHA

I did a click and collect order. Attended to collect my gear and was helped by Shelby.
She not only helped me with collecting my items, but on realising that I am disabled she helped me not only to the car, but helped to load it as well. Unfortunately only half fitted so she put the rest to the side whilst I dropped that off at home, and was there to help again on my return.
She's a star and went above and beyond for me.
Treasure her, she is a boon to your business.

I went to buy 48 bags of topsoil yesterday, and a young lady at the tills called Tasha or maybe Tarha, could not do enough for me in organising and helping me to load 48 bags of soil, split over 2 collections by myself and son. She is a credit to Wickes.

The cleaner Simon does an amazing job every single day he's in, he's also very handsome.

I visited the Dewsbury branch 13.19 pm on 1 May. Was delighted with the intricate cupboard door handles I bought,2 for £6.50, and the paint. Similar products would have cost twice as much at another well-known DIY store.The visit was spoiled by the staff. It was a very hot day, granted, but they were all standing at the tills looking bored senseless. I smiled and said hello to one of them and he served me. He never said " please" when he asked for the payment,just "£16.50". That's all he said. No please, thank- you, nothing. He then just dropped my change into my hand. I probably won't visit again, which is a shame.

Assistant Shelby was absolutely brilliant as she helped me save money.
She went high and above to make sure I got the best deal after I bought something earlier in the day and when I came to return something back as I needed more stuff in return.
She is the one with red hair and is a pretty women so u can’t miss her.
