We had a fantastic experience with Domnic at Wickes Dorking, starting from an extremely helpful in-store design consultation, through to placing the order and arranging delivery for our kitchen.

The products we ordered were of good quality and easy to assemble.

I felt that the staff were very helpful, especially in telling me where stuff was as it's quite a big store. Also, I felt quite comfortable walking around the store as it was clean and tidy. I would definitely go back again and it will get highly recommended by myself. Well done Wickes Dorking 👏🏻

Came in to have a bit of a browse and recieved help finding the correct aisle when I asked a man with long hair cycling for charity near the tills. Very impressed to see the store has raised over 8 thousand for brain tumour charity and will definitely be in again to support them.

We went to Wickes (Dorking branch) today. Craig greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We bought 6 bags of smokeless fuel and Craig not only helped us put the bags on our trolley, he also offered to put these bags into the boot of our car - we of course accepted! I am in the process of getting quotes for a new bathroom and kitchen. I have been communicating with Rupert Hinkes who has been extremely helpful and has fantastic customer service skills. He has very kindly made an appointment with me to size up the kitchen & bathroom and to give me a quote. I have advised Rupert of my budget and he has said he can make it work so I trust him 100%. He has just moved from the Dorking branch but is still making the effort to go out of his way to visit me.
Extremely happy with Wickes and Rupert’s fantastic customer service and so looking forward to getting a new “Camden” kitchen and a bathroom.

Been into the Dorking branch several times recently to get everything I needed to lay laminate flooring. Each time the staff have been very helpful with Dan giving me advice and Craig helping me load packs into the car.

I bought a kitchen worktop which required assistance to get it into my car. Help was on hand from Dan at the Dorking store. He was only too happy to help which is so rare these days. Really grateful so big thanks to Dan, customer service is alive and well.

What made me give 5 * was the service I received from KEVIN absolutely top-class and beyond his duties.in the purchase of a 1.5 bowl ceramic white sink.
I explain, I live close to Brighton, earlier this year I was interested in a ceramic sink but the price was over the top but this month, it was discounted to under £150.00, and then told out of stock at the Hove branch and Worthing but they have one at Dorking but no delivery,so another day checked it out and told in stock,so set off.Within 10 miles of Dorking found I left my wallet at home,.
I have never used pay by phone before but set it up.
Kevin at store checked it out was helpful in removing it from the shelf and putting this heavy solid ceramic double bowl sink in my car, He really is top service in every way,could not fault his service at all,so thanks again Kevin at Doking
