Ellisha assisted me in the design and purchase of the bathroom in my house after a renovation, from start to finish she has been lovely and helpful with every step, always willing to swap out even the tiniest of details so that it is perfect for when we are ready!

Called in this Sunday for some feather edge boards as I was short, store was closing and yard shutters and doors was locked asked if they could open to buy a few, as I desperately need a few to finish my shed staff were all polite and helpful. They open back up so I could grab some big thank you to you all great customer service 😊👌

The customer service demonstrated by Jade was second to none - polite, helpful, with a cheery disposition and professional attitude, I was really impressed. I'm a regular customer at Wickes and this encouraged me certainly to return to the Glossop store. Thank you.

We had bought the wrong colour paint and the right colour wasn't there so Jade and Reuben were so helpful in refunding our money. They were friendly polite professional and provided a lovely atmosphere. We shall certainly be returning to Wicks Glossop as it is a friendly and positive place to shop. We bought a kitchen in 2024 and have nothing but problems since. The kitchen was fitted and then the problems started with customer services. We have had numerous issues which they fail to address promptly, taking over a week to reply to any emails then asking for information already sent. Presently we have been without a fully functioning kitchen for 7 months with no resolution in sight, we have even had to end up getting things fixed by ourselves due to the constant delaying tactics by Wickes. We had to communicate directly with the tap company when Wickes failed to resolve the issue after weeks of constant emails, no hot water in the kitchen, the lights in the pantry took months to be resolved,and presently we have issues with the worktop,fridge door and microwave which again we have had to liaise directly with zanussi due to the failure of Wickes to do anything.
We cannot fault the fitter or the store staff but the customer service department are the worst I have ever dealt with and just seem intent on causing distress and upset to customers who have spent many thousands of pounds on a kitchen to be left waiting forever for any issues to be resolved.
Do not buy a kitchen from Wickes as their post sales customer support is diabolical and it’s no wonder it comes with a 10 year guarantee as it takes that long for anything to be resolved.

Experience was amazing from the minute I got in had the best advice from mark and he even helped to load my items into my vehicle. Great personality and a warm welcoming gesture

I came to the Glossop store yesterday with quite shopping list of supplies and materials for decorating.
Linda was super helpful, showed me where everything I needed was, stacked it on the trolley and i was on my way in no time!

I called in the Glossop store today for block paving sand. Dillon was helpful in locating the product, collecting and stacking the heavy product and taking to checkout then out to my car where he loaded it into my boot. He performed the task efficiently, politely and with good grace, for which I was very grateful. 5 stars to Dillon with thanks .

I want to thank the young lady called NEVAEH. Went above and beyond helping me to sort a purchase. I wish to commended her upon her interpersonal skills, assistance and knowledge. Customer service was top notch and I hope her outstanding work is recognised by management. Thank you xx

Elisha was our kitchen consultant. She was friendly and professional throughout and helped us choose the right kitchen for us. She answered our queries promptly. The kitchen fitter and his team were excellent. The communication with Elisha, the kitten fitter and us was excellent. All the work was carried out to a high standard. Thank you

Ellisha assisted us when we chose a kitchen at Wickes Glossop. She was helpful from start to finish. She was very professional and came to our home to make sure the measurements were correct and what we required would fit.

Mark the operations manger really does know his stuff, we took a part in from the shower not knowing where to start looking. He was able to advise which part was required and how to fit the part very knowledgable. He helped make a job 10mins instead of hours
