Called in at glossop branch of wicks just to look at some kitchen units to build a kitchen island, we were greeted by a young lady called Niamh , she was so polite and accommodating with a wealth of knowledge, and without being pushy, she could not of helped us anymore, we are so glad that we got her expertise, we were going to look around at different places, however she was so helpful she got our sale, I would recommend wicks at glossop and definitely recommend Niamh , she was outstanding

Staff here always have gone the extra mile for me on numerous occasions to find items hidden on shelves. Only criticism is that the marker on Google maps is not in the correct place, it is over the shopping complex that has Argos etc not the carpark behind which is Wickes, I and other people have told Google and tried updating it but for reasons I don't understand the map marker is still not in the correct place meaning people drive into the wrong car park then have to turn round and drive to the right one. Apart from this I find Wickes Glossop excellent.

I had an excellent customer service experience from Thomas Murphy at your glossop store.Thomas was very pleasant and extremely knowlegable about the products I was enquiring about.This allowed me to purchase the correct products required. Additionally he was more than happy to assist myself to load and then unload my purchases into my car. A credit to the company.I will definitely return and recommend wickes to others for DIY shopping.

Just bought some loft insulation and a mixer tap for the kitchen from Wickes. Both times I was helped by Tom Murphy who went out of his way to find info. Extremely prompt and helpful. Thanks Tom

I use the store on a regular basis and some of the staff are really helpful like Cara every time I come in and Cara is working she asks me what I need and helps me as much as possible and Cara is great on the tills as well I’d go as far to say when I see Cara she brightens up my day and puts a smile on my face 5 stars

The lady on the customer service desk, Cara, was really helpful and made the process very straightforward.

I have been in store several times mainly on a Saturday to get different bits and pieces and the young lady on the till Cara is always so pleasant and helpful nothing is too much trouble for her.

I came in late on a Saturday to look for small item, ended up discussing fitting a new kitchen with Reuben at the Glossop store. He was helpful, friendly, fast, efficient and patient. We went through kitchen quote and I will now be buying my kitchen from Wickes Ince I double confirm the unit sizes.

The staff at the glossop store were very helpful with planning and advising about our bathroom. Simi and niamh in store were very welcoming friendly polite and professional . Great customer service

We had our bathroom designed by a lovely lady Simisola Daniel at Glossop Wickes.
Nothing was too much trouble she gave us some great ideas and really spent time on everything.
