Great lady, great service.

I just wanted to take a moment to share the incredible service my wife and I received from Seema at the Wickes store in Hanger Lane. We were a bit overwhelmed by the new store layout and struggling to find a few items, but Seema truly went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she take the time to guide us around the store, but when she found that some stock hadn't been put out yet, she didn’t hesitate to go into the warehouse and retrieve it for us herself.

Her helpfulness, kindness, and dedication to making sure we had everything we needed really stood out. Seema turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a seamless and pleasant experience. It's rare to encounter someone so committed to providing excellent customer service, and she truly deserves to be recognised for her efforts.

Really good staff. We had to get help to get some tiles shifted so we could get to the ones we wanted. Hadz/Hadia sorted it all out. Will go back

I went to the Hanger Lane branch recently to buy some stuff for my garden. The staff there were amazing. They were very helpful particularly HADIA was was extremely helpful. She helped me to make the correct choices. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Well done and keep up the good work.

The young man Cam was very knowledgable ,efficient, and detail-oriented, he helped me to choose the stuff I need explaining the benefit of each item throughly, he was very patient with me as I am a disabled person, Also he was ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping to my car while adhering to safety protocols. He possess high physical support as carrying heavy items, strong communication and great respect the customer. I really appreciate Cam’s service who is currently working in Wicks Hanger Lane branch London.

I was helped in the store by Susan from Hanger Lane, who went above and beyond to make sure I have the correct items I needed for my home renovation. She was very funny and kinda a bit crazy lol in a good way and she made the experience a lot better for me.

A great gentleman employee saw I was lost and helped me find what I was looking for. At the checkout Hadz/ Seema kindly informed me of the benefits of a trade card and how to apply. Great service!
