I always receive excellent service from the staff in the Hanger Lane Branch, mainly Hadia and Seema. I’ve been coming to the branch daily for years and it’s great to see familiar faces, who know and do their job very well!

Hadz and Seema were the best, their smiles were enough for me to leave a review down. They helped me get assistance to find the products I needed and on top of that they helped me open my first trade account with wickes which I was well happy about. Thanks Hadz and Seema!

I can’t recommend the Hanger Lane store enough, specifically because of Hadz. She is always cheerful and has such a polite, lovely manner that makes every visit a pleasure.
She truly goes the extra mile, taking the time to thoroughly explain products so I feel confident in what I'm buying. I always ask for her by name because she’s so helpful—she even assists with carrying heavy items to make things easier for me. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for Hadz!

During last week and before that I had several visits to Wickes - Hanger Lane and always I had good experience.
Prices, products range and quality in Wickes are much better than it's competitors.
And one thing which is more worthy for me is their customer service.
On my last visit to Wickes - Hanger Lane, I had some items for return which one of them was bought from another Wickes store.
"Michelle" and "Asim" kindly spent considerable time and effort to sort it out and at the end of the day they saved me an extra trip to original store for last item return.

I was wellcomed by hadz hence felt very comfortable as I have little knowledge about building. hadz guided me through the products I needed as well as personally show ing which row the item was in . I felt she’s very knowledgeable and this experience made me come back again the next day again the service was excellent .

Just come to our attention when Chimney Cooker Hood appliance failed after 7 years that it was incorrectly installed, not as per installation manual instructions and assume this is what reduced the recommended lifespan of the appliance.

Our expensive kitchen will now be left with an unsightly damaged to the back above the Hob as the Cooker Hood has to be lowered, showing original fixture points.

So be aware the installers used by Wickes do not always know what they are doing.

And that girl or girls are Hadz and Seemz at Wickes.
Both Hadz and Seemz are not only professional and efficient, but are always very polite in coming forward to assist with queries and item location.
Always friendly and warm in the manners.

In last three months- I've been visiting the Hanger Lane Wickes branch and ordering multiple click & collects almost everyday for the ongoing projects. The entire team of ladies working at the front desk/checkout have been really friendly and special mention for HADZ, who consistently goes well above the call of duty to help me and the other customers. Their genuine helpfulness and sheer professionalism makes every visit a pleasant experience for me as a customer who often requires pro advice and reassurance!
