I would like to say that we find the most useful information about prices,design,offers and all the details for kitchen. Rebeca Grigoras from Harlow wicks kitchen showroom help us tremendously with the design for our kitchen, showing a lot of skills and knowledge about all types of requests, she give us quotes for different style of kitchen, advising about quality,about style and materials. We are very pleased with the services . thank you very much for all the help and support.

Want to give a big thank you to Dawn in the Harlow store, she went above and beyond to help us with our purchase today. Not experienced customer service on that level for many years. Also to Dylan who was also very helpful.

Dawn, you truly are the most welcoming, loving kindest person I've met. So helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing personality, but also so helpful with our many DIY adventures. Makes us want to go into wickes to buy things- just so we can see her again! A true gem and we are super thankful for all of your help, love and happiness

Mr M Patel delivered goods for my new bathroom project and was really helpful and efficient.

2015 booked in for bathroom and kitchen, was done in a week which was suprise looked nice, but then they never come back to finished things, didn't put new lights up as contracted as time went on things started to come off and fall apart, then found out they had cowboy builders in and sacked them, years later I found this out but no one comes to check if they had done this to us..which they had and now we're having to replace and fix things again, so would never go back and get them to fit anything.

Had 2 recommendations for a Wickes kitchen which I hadn’t even considered. Have to say I have been very impressed by the ranges on offer, discount given & ease of the process of ordering. Great help & service from Rebecca Grigoras (Wickes Harlow) who explained everything in a friendly & welcoming way. Happy to recommend Wickes kitchens & Rebecca & will be using Wickes again for another kitchen later this year. Rebecca Grigoras 5*

Dawn at tills and a male Assistant very helpful when I was buying large amount of tiles - got stock from out back , lidded pallet and then dawn told me about trage card saved £50 !

We bought the whole kitchen from the Wicks harlow store. Rebeca took care of our whole process. She was really patient and did a good job. She did his job perfectly without getting bored. It can really be preferred just for Rebeca.

We’ve just bought some new flooring and wanted to say that Dawn on the checkout was a lovely, friendly member of staff. She was a delight and made the whole experience a great one on a cold, dark and wet evening!

They had everything i needed in store and Emma s on the tills was lovely and polite. She checked i found everything i needed, great customer service

Don't bother. Totally neglected by Hertford and Harlow branches when I enquired about refurbishment of 4 of my bathrooms. They attended the initial appointment then heard nothing from Gerald Whittington in Hertford, and very little from Kirsty Ottosen-Gowlett,not even an acknowledgement or a quote. Head office were unsupportive and unable to offer an alternative representative. They are totally incompetent in dealing with new business.

Very helpfull as I had complicated order she taken the time to go throw so as it made my shopping easy as I said a credit

I wanted to give a special mention to Leo who works there. After going to B&Q where the staff were completely clueless, Leo gave me some really great advice about a plumbing issue I had and went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be going there again first before B&Q next time.

I cant thank Rebeca Grigoras enough for her expertise in designing a new bathroom for me. I'd found a builder to do the job but I then had to find the furniture to go in it. She took the stress out of finding what I needed by expertly designing a bathroom within my budget. The process didnt take long where I was given a detailed copy of the design plus an amazing video of what it'll look like. Her attention to detail was very welcome and her genuine outlook to help me have the bathroom I wanted is a credit to her. Thank you, you made a job I'd worried over so much more manageable for me, I can't wait for it to be done now thanks to you.

I went into wickes and was shopping for some concrete. I overheard a few staff members using offensive language. This isn't acceptable behaviour.

However, Josh and Jamie were very helpful, Josh even offered to carry my items to the car.
