I come in wickes on a regular basis & Dawn is always helpful & polite always get great service from @ always smiling.

Don't bother. Totally neglected by Hertford and Harlow branches when I enquired about refurbishment of 4 of my bathrooms. They attended the initial appointment then heard nothing from Gerald Whittington in Hertford, and very little from Kirsty Ottosen-Gowlett,not even an acknowledgement or a quote. Head office were unsupportive and unable to offer an alternative representative. They are totally incompetent in dealing with new business.

Very helpfull as I had complicated order she taken the time to go throw so as it made my shopping easy as I said a credit

I wanted to give a special mention to Leo who works there. After going to B&Q where the staff were completely clueless, Leo gave me some really great advice about a plumbing issue I had and went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be going there again first before B&Q next time.

I cant thank Rebeca Grigoras enough for her expertise in designing a new bathroom for me. I'd found a builder to do the job but I then had to find the furniture to go in it. She took the stress out of finding what I needed by expertly designing a bathroom within my budget. The process didnt take long where I was given a detailed copy of the design plus an amazing video of what it'll look like. Her attention to detail was very welcome and her genuine outlook to help me have the bathroom I wanted is a credit to her. Thank you, you made a job I'd worried over so much more manageable for me, I can't wait for it to be done now thanks to you.

I went into wickes and was shopping for some concrete. I overheard a few staff members using offensive language. This isn't acceptable behaviour.

However, Josh and Jamie were very helpful, Josh even offered to carry my items to the car.

Had a great experience Dawn was most helpful as I couldn’t find a few things. Dawn took me straight to them and explained what was the best for what I needed

Ordered a kitchen from the Harlow branch of Wickes.
Rebeca came and measured, designed my new kitchen.
I had a few issues which Rebeca resolved every time for me.
The kitchen looks fantastic and a massive thanks to Rebeca for all of her help advice and understanding.
Definitely recommend using Wickes for kitchen projects and if you’re lucky enough to have Rebeca design it for you, yours will look great too.

Dawn is the Harlow branch has served me many times in wikes and is always so so helpful and polite and friendly, always cheers a hard working day up. Many thanks to all but in particular to Dawn.

Was served by Josh today who was in need of assistance by another member of staff named Dawn. The way Dawn spoke to me I found unacceptable. The other person I was with advised Josh he needed to go get his wallet out the car and he said that’s fine. When she came over her tone of voice was very abrupt and rude saying “where’s he going”. I advised her how many pieces of wood there was and her reply was “well I still need to find the barcode” she then abruptly asked if the pieces of wood on the trolley were the same. I feel that if you are going to be working in a customer service role especially dealing with the public face to face then you need to have a level of professionalism and Dawn did not provide that.

Emma S served us today, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Also signed me up to a trade account with minimal effort on my part! Great service.

Absolutely excellent service from Harlow . Ordered and delivered the next day . On time , and a very nice chap who couldn't do enough for me . Would highly recommend.

I started planning a kitchen with Wickes in January, confirmed design in February to which I was told items could be changed up to 16 days before delivery. Delivery was arranged in March for 6th August delivery. 6th August comes, I call customer services and they advise that when items were changed the designer failed to rebook delivery, so there was no delivery date for my kitchen! They advise the next delivery date is in a week and nothing else they can do. Call store, promised a call back to see if they could arrange an earlier delivery. No call back, I'm having to call the store. Lady is busy with customers, will call me back. In the meantime I receive a call from "customer services" to now advise that the double oven on my order is out of stock. They will replace as close as possible for the same price I was paying. Upon looking into it the replacement was 2 specs lower and I was expected to pay the same price as the higher spec oven, call back and advise I won't be paying that, nothing they can do I have to go to store and discuss with them. Wickes Customer service and store pass the buck between eachother, no one takes ownership. Email a complaint to "customer services" about the whole non delivery and what were they going to do about it as it impacts on plans made, again was told nothing to do with them, go and complain in store, bit difficult when the lady who promised to call me back from store is too scared to talk to me. No point complaining on social media as Wickes hide these comments! So where do we go from here Wickes? I would rename your "Customer Services " department to "bookings department " as all they can seem to do is make bookings for things and not provide any other useful service.
I'm sure I will be adding another review next week when parts of my kitchen order fail to turn up!
I will NEVER order from Wickes again.

Just to add, re the reply from Wickes, Sorry is not good enough, still nothing being done about it to put things right. Appalling "customer service"

Youth was excellent and he designed and measured our new kitchen. We told him how much we had to spend and he carried out all the designs . The tradesmen were excellent and all followed on from one another
