Ian (E) was able to explain to me exactly what I needed & how to apply it. Very polite, knowledgeable and even mixed the paint for me before serving me at the till. This man could do everything.

I knew roughly what i needed and she was knowledgeable and quick in helping me decide what to buy.

I visited Wickes in Apsley on Monday, the 22nd of September. I spoke to Kevin regarding some door catches and found him extremely helpful.

I also spoke to him about a water softener and whilst they do not sell water softeners in the store he directed me to the website and went through various water softeners with me and their advantages. I found Kevin to be a superb ambassador for Wickes polite professional and knowledgeable.i am now in the process of ordering.

Individuals such as this have great value to any retailer and on any future visit too Wicks, I would make a point of asking for door

We had a appt with Deepa & she helped us create a small utility room space. She was so knowledgeable, came up with great ideas, gave me great tips and was very knowledgeable. The time spent with Deepa felt easy & she was enthusiastic when answering any of my questions at the appt.

Quite a regular at this store. Never had any issues. Always great service. Kevin in particular is always super helpful.

Till member who served me and was meant to initially direct me to the items I was interested in looked not interested in helping me. Along with continuously being rude in behaviour.

Great experience at Wickes today . I got into some difficulties with a large purchase and everything was sorted out in an extremely efficient manner by a member of staff (Josh) . This gentleman new exactly how to deal with the circumstances and is a credit to Wickes . The delivery (by GOPHR) was also great and my items arrived in double quick time. Communications were also very good from Wickes and also the delivery service . Full marks to all concerned !

Katie was amazing help ! Very knowledgeable and helped me find the correct paint RAL no. to match my kitchen walls.

Generally good stock levels, and stock in good condition. Helpful staff.

Finlay was most helpful - could not have done more, helped checked stock of bathroom fan and helped load up 2 bags of salt ( which was appreciated).

The employee josh helped move a large amount of cement to my car. Staff were polite and friendly. Would recommend if you need things

We went to wicks to order some sand and slabs for the base for our shed, and flo was extremely helpful to us choosing the right amount of sand and slabs, for what we needed for the job, she was brilliant ..

The service and attention plus advice...this was done by an ex police man...who new his job..well.. excellent well done!!

Made a click and collect order for some gravel for the garden. Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Order was very quick. Thanks to Toby for picking the order and Kevin for loading it in the car for me. Really appreciate it!

I came into Hemel wickes to grab some flooring. I'm not too familiar with DIY so I asked for some help from Chris. He recommended which flooring I should get and picked out the correct underlay for me. He went further and even helped me work out how much flooring I needed.

I'd highly recommend going to chris in hemel wickes for any DIY advice.

From the initial design appointment to the end of the installation, I cannot fault the service we received from Wickes. Kalpesh took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen - and gave helpful suggestions when we needed them. The installation by Steve Nice was extremely professional and carried out to a very high standard - and he always left everything as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day throughout the work.

Overall we are delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend Kalpesh and Steve for the service they provided.

Deepa helped us with designing our new kitchen, she took the time to understand what would work for me, was happy to change the designs to look at different options until we had what we wanted. Very professional and patient! No pressure to use Wickes to fit it or buy the finishing touches from Wickes.
We had no problem with delivery, everything arrived on time correctly, the finished kitchen is great, quality so far is good.
I would definitely recommend using Deepa to design a new kitchen.

Nightmare bathroom installation. They caused a flood, left 4 holes in my walls, Tiling a complete bodge job. Shower tray was installed completely wrong and the scree just fell off it when a leak detection company investigated. They even covered up the leaking coupler that they damaged with fresh duck tape to disguise it and then just blamed a coincidental water leak that wasn’t there when they started the job. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!
