Wanted a cupboard/some cupboards, to work alongside our current sized cupboards. Spoke with a friendly advisor (Alicia), via phone initially about my requirements. Found some great ones in store and Alicia even sorted delivery for me. Great service, friendly advisor who is happy to advise and offer alternatives to meet my needs. Would happily return.

We recently used Wickes Leamington Spa for the design and installation of a new kitchen and utility room, and overall we are very pleased with the service we received.

Sarah-Jayne, our designer, was supportive throughout the process and always responded quickly to any questions or requests for changes. She was accommodating when we wanted to make modifications to the design and helped ensure we ended up with a layout that worked well for us.

The installation was carried out by Carl and his team, who were excellent. The work progressed at a good pace, and the team were consistently tidy, courteous and professional. They were always willing to accommodate minor adjustments during the installation, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of the finished kitchen and utility room appears to be very good, and we are delighted with the end result.

There were a couple of issues during the project. The initial estimate for the specialist works was significantly lower than the eventual quotation. The estimate was around £3,000, but the specialist contractor's quote came back at approximately £7,000. Through some value engineering this was reduced to around £5,000, but it was still an unexpected additional cost that we would have preferred to have been identified earlier in the process.

There was also an oversight with the venting/ducting kit for the induction hob, which had been omitted from the order. As Wickes do not stock this item, sourcing a suitable solution caused a delay to completion. However, Wicked covered the additional costs involved, which we felt was a fair and professional resolution.

Despite these issues, we are very happy with the finished kitchen and utility room and would happily recommend Wickes Leamington Spa. The professionalism of Sarah-Jayne, Carl and his team, together with the quality of the installation and the way issues were resolved when they arose, made for a positive overall experience.

Special thanks for Millie and Alex from Wickes Leamington for their high effort to find the mosaic what exactly I need for my kitchen. They checked all the area and found them outside. Thanks again. Highly recommended

Superb customer service
Was looking for garden shed and wanted help and advice instead of ordering at home

Poor quality installation
Even worse customer service/after care.
Nearly 1 year on and still issues not resolved. No joined up thinking. No explanations for failed appointments.
Poor communication. Lies regarding discussions. Never again.

Cannot express how impressed I was by Alicia at Leamington spa. Nothing was to much trouble, going above and beyond,super friendly and her knowledge of the products I needed was Google and then some.

Special shoutout to our design consultant, Katie, who was brilliant from start to finish. Lots of great ideas and advice and she sorted a worktop delivery issue for us that could have been a problem.

We were looking for an angle grinder and chainsaw battery operated and James, the assistant, went out of his way to help us choose, what we believe to be a very good deal.
I would highly recommend James if you need any knowledgeable assistance or Help. Definitely five star.

Millie served us and was a great rep for Wickes excellent customer service.

Went in for paint and not sure what I needed.

I visited the Leamington Spa store today for paint I had chosen, unfortunately the paint I wanted has now been discontinued, Alicia look after me and really went above and beyond to help me find a near perfect match in another paint brand (this was not an easy task!) thank you so much Alicia.

Wickes are helping us with a community project and couldn't have been more helpful, to be honest they far exceeded the help we thought we would get.

Visited Leamington store this afternoon. Served by Millie who very kindly loaded our trolley and also loaded our Decorative Gravel into our car. Very much appreciated by 2 pensioners! Well done 👏.

We got in touch with Wickes after hearing about their community scheme to see if they would be able to provide our school with some soil for a shelter project for the children.
Diane was more than happy to help with this and gifted us with 10 packs of soil with the promise of more should we need them. When we arrived at the store to pick these up, we were immediately greeted in such a friendly way.
With school budgets being very tight overall the last few years, this was such a lovely gesture from Wickes to help ensure children continue to have great resources in a school setting.

I love going to Wickes Leamington Spa...the offers are amazing ( who wouldn't want 10 Litres of Dulux White emulsion paint for £25 which is the same price as 5 Litres!)
The banter with the staff is great. Diane & Sarah were particularly helpful and friendly. Try Wickes for yourself.....
