Alicia & Diane have both been fantastic. They always go above and beyond, deliver exceptional customer service and are generally lovely people to speak too. I'm in and out of the leamington branch, currently undergoing my first renovation project. Both of them have been very supportive, given great advice in helping me with my project and always helping me find what I need in store.

Choose Wickes products for our Kitchen as they appeared to be well built, the design and the colours we wanted at a reasonable price. Used one of their kitchen design planners called Bally Aulak and she was brilliant. She has the patience of a saint when we made changes to what we wanted and design, nothing was to much trouble including finding us another kitchen fitter. We now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Bally Aulak and Wickes

Diane at the Leamington store gave us the most unbelievable customer service, checking that a product was discontinued, helping us calculate what we needed and then reserving the stock from another branch and collecting it for us a she lived in that town. This level of service is so rare now, what an asset to the company! Thanks Diane!

Katie, our bathroom designer, was fantastic from start to finish. She was always available, approachable and ready to help with any questions we had. She really took the time to understand our vision and offered practical, honest advice on the best products to achieve the look we wanted while staying within our budget.

Jas SC Property MD, who fitted our bathroom through Wickes, was equally helpful and supportive throughout the process. He and his team worked hard to bring our vision to life, offering advice and doing everything he could to achieve the finish we were hoping for. They also left our house clean, which really meant a lot to me.

Bathroom renovations can be stressful, but having Katie and Jas on hand made the whole experience much easier. We're really grateful to them both for their patience, guidance and support, and would happily recommend them.

Lauren & Alex made my experience at Wickes very easy today! Their advice and support in finding an item I’d not shopped for before, was second to none. Welcomed with a smile and heavy bags of gravel carried to my car. A great service that lead to a great atmosphere in the store. Thank you.

What a great experience we had when we visited wicker in Leamington Spa, we met katie one of the kitchen designers, told her what we wanted and she made appointmentto come around to measure up, then a couple of days later had email with the designers which where just what we asked for,made appointmentto go and see katie to do final touches and we ordered the kitchen, katie made the whole experience so easy and very professional. Would recommend going to wicker Leamington spa, service brilliant.

An excellent bathroom fitting from Wickes. Katie, my designer, was an excellent designer. It all went very smoothly and very professional. I would highly recommend.

Sales assistant was a former fencer and was full of good advice and extremely helpful. He offered to carry the goods and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and personable. Till assistant was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

We met Katie in the store after seeing her in our house when she measured our kitchen. It was a challenge as our kitchen is very narrow - kind of a galley kitchen. Katie produced a brilliant design and in the store in Leamington Spa we finalised the choice of appliances. It was a stress free experience and the result is a fantastic new modern kitchen. We have lived in this house for over 50 years now and I'm delighted with the result. Thanks a lot Katie for all your help.

We decided to ask Wickes for a kitchen quote,
we were met by a lady called Katie, who answered all the questions we had about the different units and work tops with a variety of appliances to suit our budget,
we had the design done promtly as i had the dimensions, these were checked at a later date to confirm they were correct before placing the order, Katie made the process stress free, any questions about the design or install were responded to promptly usually that day, she was very knowledgeable about the products which was available, we did have one hicup where the worktop fitters broke one worktop, Katie spoke to the suppliers straight away to sort out the replacement, normally takes 3 months but was replaced in 8 days.
the kitchen was delivered on the date and the delivery men were prompt and courteuos, no damage done,
i cannot fault them

Absolutly wonderful experience designing and installing our new kitchen. Sandra our designer was amazing and came up with a kitchen that suits our family perfectly. She matched us with installers who took so much care and paid attention to all the finishing touches. Thankyou all for caring sbout our kitchen as much as we do.

Bought 1500L of bagged compost for our garden make over -price was brilliant on a special offer, much cheaper than anywhere else. Staff in store at the Leamington Spa branch were really helpful. Delivery arrived as promised and the delivery driver was superb- manoeuvring it to exactly where we wanted it on our driveway. Cost of delivery was £35 which we felt was very reasonable.

I come to your store where I was welcome by a young lady called Ali. I asked her if it was possible to get some paint matched. She passed me over to a guy called Mohammed who helped me with a tester and some colour chip just in case the tester was not correct extremely satisfied customer very helpful staff totally recommend these guys

Really impressed with the service at Wickes Leamington. Alicia was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She was patient, approachable and happy to answer all of my questions, which made the whole experience so much easier.

Alicia provided excellent customer service today and was really helpful. Although the store didn't have what I was looking, Alicia helped me find alternatives and offered to have the product delivered in store. Very good customer service all round.
