I had a visit from Sarah-Jayne to quote for my bathroom. She was very helpful and made some great suggestions. I then visited the store to finalise the design and choose from the great range of products. A fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have visited your Leamington Spa store twice to purchase goods and on both occasions staff were very helpful and willing to help and find me products to purchase. Alex and James helped me at the till point and to find goods that weren’t on the shelves. Both members of staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. I was also impressed by the presentation of the store, very clean, tidy with large aisles making using a trolly easier. Thank you.

We were looking for plastic angle and a new assistant, who wasn’t too sure where these items were, passed us to Millie. She was brilliant - she took us to the stock, made sure we were buying the correct product for the job, then helped to select the right adhesive. Thank you Millie, you went more like the extra marathon compared to the extra mile - such great Customer Service - a rare commodity these days.

Diane in the Leamington branch was very helpful sorting out a problem and giving advice regarding the best product to use as a replacement.

She gave us the consultation at home, provided excellent insight into the installation and spent a great deal of time working to our design and budget. No pressure and always communicated on time. During installation we had a few challenges on delivered units but every time Katie addressed and sorted without a single challenge. Very highly recommended.

As a retired tradesman whom looks after various family members property’s , Wickes is a gem . As I’m able to access and browse through the products without all the hassle of queuing at a service counter. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I still get discounts with my trade card.

Smooth process from start to finish. Our designer, Bally, helped create a lovely new kitchen with lots of storage space. Our installer Carl Morgan and his team were excellent. Really friendly, efficient and helpful with everything. Definitely recommend them!

From the initial consultation at home Katie was so friendly, full of fantastic design ideas and went above and beyond to create something unique with our space. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. The kitchen she designed is absolutely stunning and the attention to detail and the constant support throughout was so personal, she really went above and beyond. The installation with Mark was equally as excellent, a true specialist in his carpentry work. He was friendly, professional, and again went above and beyond to create the vision Katie had designed. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. In all our experience with Wickes was superb and the beautiful kitchen and living space that has been created has transformed our house and all within the budget that we set. A massive thank you.

Katie Malkowska in Leamington was exceptional from the first home visit measure up appointment, all throughout the design process. She was so generous with her time and uses her experience to suggest excellent ideas. Katie really understood what we wanted and was really lovely to work with. We have decided not to proceed with the kitchen right now as we are doing other work in the house first, but would not hesitate to ask Katie for help in future. I would certainly recommend her to others.

We spoke with Katie about a kitchen and she was excellent. Really had the customer in mind and come up with some good designs, ideas and suggestions... I would recommend anybody who's in the market for a kitchen to go and speak with Katie. First class customer experience.

Having used Wickes Kitchens in the past we decided to speak with Katie at their Leamington branch - From the outset Katie was very attentive and listened to our plans - she made great suggestions we hadn’t though about also. Site visits were carried out speedily and before long we had purchased our 3rd Wickes kitchen - From ordering to installation everything went well. We installed our own and always felt we had support from Katie should we need to ask questions.

We had a fantastic experience with the Leamington Spa store of Wickes. We enquired about a shed for our school and asked for this to be donated FOC to help with storage. Diane and the team were super helpful in explaining we needed to complete an application for consideration. Diane followed up with her colleagues to help the application along and were pleased to take delivery in February. A team of parents laid a base and erected out new shed which will be used in the coming weeks. Thank you Wickes for supporting us!
