Went to Wickes in Lichfield to discuss a new kitchen with Julie, she was so supportive and informative, made me feel at ease and talked through the whole process and offered alternatives where needed. I can highly recommend speaking to Julie especially if like me you didnt know where to start.

Came into Lichfield store to discuss some additional work to our kitchen, Julie Evans did an amazing consultation and gave some excellent advice.

Really happy with our new kitchen, a massive "Thank you" to Lynn Smith, she was just amazing. We've changed our mind so many times and she was always there, very helpful, very patient and she gave us great advices and recommendations. Great service, we would definitely recommend Wickes and specially Lynn Smith.

Lynne has been very knowledgeable helping us choose our bathroom fittings.
Trying different options to see what they would look like.
We hope the fitters are as good at their job as she is at hers.

Last year we wanted to change a small box room adjoining a double bedroom into an en-suite. We found Lynne Smith at Wickes Lichfield to be so helpful. Lynne assisted in our choice of bathroom units, she was helpful, informative and very patient. Her computer aided drawings of the layout were great in choosing exactly what we wanted. Wickes advised us of proposed delivery dates/times and then delivered the selected items punctually.
We were so pleased with the ensuite, we have just had a downstairs wet room created, courtesy of Wickes and Lynne.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Julie at Wickes Lichfield designed us the most incredible kitchen. We came in with a vision, and she completely understood what we wanted while also suggesting thoughtful improvements and practical solutions — never in a pushy or upselling way.
She gave us time to consider our options, explained different possibilities clearly, and introduced ideas we didn’t even know we needed or wanted. We were open about our budget from the start, and Julie worked incredibly hard to create something that felt like our dream kitchen while keeping the overall cost, including fitting, considerably lower than we expected.
Of course, there were a couple of compromises due to practicality and budget, but the alternatives Julie showed us were never a million miles away from what we originally imagined — and in some cases were actually better.
The whole experience so far has been excellent. Julie is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listens. We’re so excited to move forward with our dream kitchen and feel very lucky to have had it expertly designed by her.

Looked a several bathroom showrooms with no joy,they had to be complete room make overs. Then we meet Lynne Smith design Consultant, a breath of fresh air in customer service. Professional and happy you help with our needs, she understood our requirements. We left as new clients and very happy people.

Julie the kitchen design consultant really listened to my ideas a needs for my kitchen design and created the kitchen exactly how I’d envisioned it. Her knowledge and creativity has meant that I’m leaving the store super happy and confident with my order. She’s worked well with my small budget to get everything I wanted at an affordable price…highly recommended visiting Julie in Lichfield! you won’t be disappointed
