Great service right from the start

Great service right from the start. Lynne helped us choose our kitchen with her extensive knowledge and expertise. Booking our delivery was an easy process and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Wickes and will use them again for our future projects.

Ordered a kitchen it came in dribs and…

IOrdered a kitchen it came in dribs and drabs, parts missing parts not in stock I've got a kitchen incomplete they should have not sold me a kitchen when they could not supply the parts ,my fitter is fed up of waiting to complete the job, so he's gone and started elsewhere.

Finding assistant Jenny

Finding assistant Jenny, who knowledgeably helped me out with sorting a product that was only part stocked in store and a product that I needed delivering that was in store. Both were then ordered together for delivery for me tomorrow (next day). It was a very satisfying store visit, knowing my needs were met and delivery sorted out effortlessly by Jenny.

I mostly use click and collect

I mostly use click and collect, and it’s faultless. 10-15 mins after ordering, and I get a text to say it’s ready for collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks to Andy

A little bit confusion over where all the items to collect were but Andy brought the visit back up to a 5. Helped with 15 sheets of plasterboard and was very much appreciated.

Super service from Bev

2x large tins of paint we wanted not on shelf. Needed them urgently as booked time off to decorate. Bev on Customer Services (Lichfield), was really friendly and helpful and searched the stockroom high and low!! And found just 3x of them! Super chuffed. Great service.

Poor service

I was at the cashiers till to pay for a 50 litre bag of compost. It was so heavy and my back is in pain that I would pay first then pick it up out side where it is stored with my car being next to it. The CASHIRE REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY PAYMENT AND SAID i MUST GO OUTSIDE AND BRING IT IN. I informed her that I could not pick it up as it was heavy, my health was poor and I asked can I move it to my car which was parked next to it outside. She replied no and she said she would not accommodate me as I was only one customer including no Wicks employee will assist. This was a little rude of her. I then said I will not buy it and walked out of the store. The store was in Lichfield.
