To date an excellent experience with Wickes. Lynne was a big help designing our bathroom and had some fabulous ideas. Design, ordering and paying all went smoothly. Just hope the delivery and installation goes as smoothly and the end result is what we hoped for.

Julie Evans from the Lichfield store was amazing. Her expert advice and experience supported myself and partner in designing our new kitchen. Julie answered all our questions and made suitable amendments when needed. She made our experience at Wickes one to remember. Thank you for all your help Julie.

Helpful advice and a no pressure approach to our initial enquires into the options for a new kitchen. The all in price made it far easier to budget and removed the need to find our own fitters. Lynne Smith was very helpful and patient with our fine tuning of our requirements.

Excellent start to finish. Lynne smith from Lichfield branch was a plesure to deal with. Always listened and helped all the way through the design. Installation team amazing too with a very high standard of work and no issues at all. Would 100% recomend.

Me and my partner managed to get a same day appointment on Saturday at very short notice at the lichfield store, after we realised IKEA was not for us! Our helping hand was lynne, absolute goddess! We gave the plans, dimensions and colour scheme, even on her new software she was so helpful, attention to detail was beyond perfect and after 2 hours we clicked the button to purchase our new kitchen! Can't thank lynne enough, she knew what she was on about, she put us at ease with sticking points, and was lovely to our slightly impatient children, as let's face it, in kids eyes, designing kitchens on a Saturday afternoon was not on their priority list! Thank you so much lynne!

Jenny was so helpful. From our initial enquiry over the phone to speaking to her inshore, she provided good old fashioned customer service! We wanted some bags of top soil and she even helped load them on to the trolley and into our car. Well done Jenny, we'll visit Wickes Lichfield again.

A fantastic service from Julie Evans at the Lichfield store. Julie designed a kitchen for me. She understood the objectives of my kitchen refurb. and designed it accordingly. I found her advice to be very practical and valuable and I felt confident to trust in her judgement. Furthermore, she provided really useful perspective on other aspects of my house refurb. project. Julie was a pleasure to work with and I am very grateful for the input she has provided.

Lynne Smith, the design consultant at Lichfield, was very patient dealing with our several attempts to get a quote for additional parts for our Sofia kitchen.

Went to the Lichfield branch of Wickes for Microflo guttering supplies. I couldn't find an item which I needed, so I approached a member of staff named 'Jen'. She was very helpful indeed, and although the item I needed wasn't in stock at the Lichfield store, she ordered the item for me there and then, saving me the time and hassle of doing it myself. A very helpful member of staff and a credit to her employer.

I went to Wickes Lichfield today for garden fence paint, I was helped by a young man first who was extremely helpful,then by a lady Jenny I can honestly say she was so helpful and knowledgeable, think I would still be there dithering if Jenny and the young man had not been so helpful and kind, excellent service well done.

My Go-To for DIY in Lichfield!

Dropped into Wickes Lichfield recently and was really impressed. Found exactly what I needed, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Prices were good, the store was tidy, and I left with everything for my project (plus a couple of extras I couldn’t resist!). I’ll definitely be heading back for my next bit of DIY.
