Wickes - Lichfield Reviews 

I was at the cashiers till to pay for a 50 litre bag of compost. It was so heavy and my back is in pain that I would pay first then pick it up out side where it is stored with my car being next to it. The CASHIRE REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY PAYMENT AND SAID i MUST GO OUTSIDE AND BRING IT IN. I informed her that I could not pick it up as it was heavy, my health was poor and I asked can I move it to my car which was parked next to it outside. She replied no and she said she would not accommodate me as I was only one customer including no Wicks employee will assist. This was a little rude of her. I then said I will not buy it and walked out of the store. The store was in Lichfield.

Always a great experience in wickes lichfield, customer service is top notch lovely friendly people and top banter from bev as always. 10/10 service

Great quality kitchen and mine was a budget Lifestyle kitchen. Great service and aftercare too. Julie Evan’s was my designer. Nothing was too much trouble for her, I could phone, email or pop in any time and she always made time for me and quickly sorted out any concerns and requests. The whole process was a real pleasure, relaxed and efficient, thank you Julie! I highly recommend a Wickes kitchen especially with Julie as your designer.

What a great experience. We have never had a new kitchen and found the professionalism and knowledge of Lynne Smith second to none.
She explained everything and prompted us to look at things we had never thought about.

Submitted an application to the Wickes community support projects. The process was straightforward and Beverley and those at the Lichfield branch were most obliging. On behalf of our school I can only thank them for their generosity as the resources will really help develop the schools growing Forest school site.

Great customer service when buying a kitchen from Lynne Smith at Lichfield branch.

We had a home measure and in store design appointment with Julie Evans at Lichfield. This is the first kitchen we’ve bought ourselves and Julie couldn’t have made the process any smoother for us. She showed us many different options of cabinet, work surface and appliance and worked towards our budget whilst ensuring our needs and wants were met. Julie is a true professional and a lovely woman whose dedication and commitment to customer service shouldn’t go unnoticed - so thankyou!
