Karen on paints is so helpful and very experienced
Really great experience with Karen in the paint mixing team. Not only did she mix the paint I requested, she then showed me a similar option in the Dulux range that is a standard colour .

Great staff
I’m loving Wickes. I have been twice now. Great staff and a good range of clearly labelled products. Today I was served by Peter who helped me place an order for Home Delivery. Brilliant service. Well done Wickes: Well done Peter (and not forgetting to mention Steve on the till).

Very helpful young lady on tills
Lovely blonde young lady on the tills called Becky, very smiley and chatty. Pointed me in the right direction for some supplies I needed and arranged for help carrying to my car. Very helpful and now my preferred Wickes to shop at.

Amazing customer service from Gemma
Amazing customer service from Gemma , far beyond howdens , benchmarks , screwfix and tool station. Helped me find a spare for an old wicks kitchen , carried my heavy kitchen drawer for me, went through the store for me to find the spare I needed , which I had failed to find. Then went the extra mile to check if it was discounted , and signed me up to a trade account so I saved 10%. The store is ok, but Gemma’s service was so good the store I my mind is elevated better than any competitor. I will now go to wicks first for things I need. I have been going to howdens / benchmarks / screwfix for a very long time. Great customer service and helping me with discounts has won my future business.

Customer service
Popped into the martlesham heath store today to look for a new bathroom for my 88 year old mum. Store was very clean and well laid out. We approached a lady called Gemma to assist us with our purchase. What a star she was extremely helpful . Very patient and went out of her way to help us.
