Great service by Gemma
Went to Wickes to buy some flooring but only had a photo of the barcode. Gemma was really helpful in checking the product to make sure it was the right one I needed to buy.
Unfortunately the forklift wasn't working and the sheets were on a high shelf (just one of those things) so I couldn't buy but I did manage to get some bargains from the clearance bin so not a wasted trip!
