Smiles make Sales
At the Martlesham Heath store today, my only encounter with staff was at the checkout but I've been motivated to leave a few words of appreciation here as Gemma was not only speedy and efficient in taking payment, handing me my purchase and reminding me to keep the receipt in case a return/refund is needed but did so with genuine cheer, good humour and the loveliest smile I'd encountered all day. I'll be going back for more free cheering smiles :-)

Me and my partner was after a specific Dulux paint, we asked an assistant(Gemma) for some help of location and whether there was any more in stock due to it not being on sale on the shelf, she looked for us, explained that she had none however she could make us the exact colour, she was ever so lovely, friendly and chatty! Was such a pleasant experience and we managed to go home with the paint we needed!
