kitchen and bathroom fitting
kitchen and bathroom fitting. total of around £23k. everything was delayed. deliveries were delayed. missing items, rude drivers from acclaim company used by wickes threatening customer, installers were bad, installation was wrong, still fighting with customer support to get new installers to fix previous mistakes. leaking pipes in bathroom, poor work carried out, built different than design, waiting months for refunds,months for collection of scrap. the list is longer but my experience is very bad. Avoid using wickes kitchen and bathroom at all cost.
I forgot to add that in the middle of resolving my matter the coordinator Gareth just closed the ticket and called it resolved after lying to me about the project just so he didn't have to deal with me anymore.
UPDATE
It's now end of November and nothing was done. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE WICKES

I use Wickes for all my building…
I use Wickes for all my building materials.
And they are always help full and understand. One of the managers Ingrid, is very helpful especially with doing refunds or damaged stock.
I highly recommend Builder to use Wicks

I needed some glides for some garden furniture. I had no idea of where to find them in the Southampton store, so I asked at the desk and Charlette took me straight to them. Great customer service!

Click + collect = great!
I did a click + collect at home which was really easy. When I got to the store I told a young lady I was there for my collection. She asked for my name + PIN (I didn't know where this was so she showed me!) she got my order, wished me a good day + off I went! Easy + efficient = great service!

Shower tray update it's been 13 weeks…
Shower tray update it's been 13 weeks now and been told it will be at least another 2 months before it will be fixed, over 5 months to get it fixed and that's if it actually gets done then. Absolutely useless don't go near wickes all you get is excuses and fobbed their favourite is I will find out and get back to you in 7 days USELESS
